"Not bad but could to better."

Ordered new windows and doors, all windows fitted fine but still waiting for the doors to be fitted, can't fault the guys fitting the windows and they noticed the doors were not built to order. 2 weeks later still waiting to have the doors fitted not happy.

Over the moon with our new windows and door. The whole process was very smooth and we were kept fully up to date at every stage. The installation team were extremely professional and completed the job in 2 days. They removed all waste materials and cleaned up after them. There were some internal and external areas that required minor plaster repairs and this was also organised quickly too, Totally transformed the house and one of the best decisions we ever made; so happy we used Penicuik.

Great service excellent team that installed them great windows perfect finished and good value for money and cant fault them in any way although windows came with white handles still waiting for them to come back with gold handles but would highly recommend thanks mr Downie

"Still waiting on a call back"

Windows themselves are good, however some handles have been loose from day 1, some of the finishes a bit rough. Tiles in bathroom broken and covered over with silicone, tiles round kitchen window been removed (presumed broken and binned), workmen did not even mention this to us.
Workmen left miss inside and outside of house I had to clean this up myself as some had gone into my neighbours garden, screw left in driveway and on main road. Mess in bedroom swept under my bed, French doors have dropped and now catching when opening. Work subcontracted to JWB, called them was passed to manager who said he would call back but has not, I have also called back another 2 times and am still waiting on my call back to discuss what is happening.

Very satisfied with the over all quality and finish with our new doors, the fitter was very nice and polite and cleaned up after himself and I would highly recommend Penicuik

New windows are great (although one unit cracked during transit - awaiting fitter to replace).
Fitters were hard working, and well mannered...and done a terrific job. Well pleased with the result!
