"Off to a bad start..."

I recently ordered hundreds of dollars of Canvas prints for pictures in my new home.

I requested for expedited shipping( which I paid extra for). At check out, it states my order would be shipped out the same day. The product did not arrive to fed ex until 3 days later. It was also rather disappointing to find out that this product is being shipped from India. Their FAQ explicitly states that their products are shipped from a warehouse in the United States.

I will keep an open mind for the time being. If the quality of the product is good, I will happily post a positive review.

Regardless, misleading customers and shady business practices should be called out.

"Canvas Prints damaged"

Canvas Prints damaged. According to FedEx tracker prints travelled from India, Mumbi, Dubai, Belgium, Memphis Tennessee USA, Richmond B.C., Vancouver B.C. Winnipeg Manitoba and southern Manitoba. The cardboard packaging had a very offensive smell to it. Fortunately the pictures were wrapped in a thin plastic wrap. Several were damaged from improper packing. Not sure about ordering again, at least not till packaging changes.

"Terrible customer service "

Took over a week to get a proper mockup and longer to get refunded. I needed the art ASAP and they wouldn’t respond to me for 2 days each time, and I was forced to repeat my question 3 times via email. I lost precious time and still have not received my refund. I cannot be less please with this service- so much so that I can’t even call it service. Don’t use this site. Staples can actually handle doing their jobs unlike this place

"Awful product"

I recently purchased a ‘personalized skateboard deck’ from canvas champ, it was $80 so I’d expect to be getting a half decent product in exchange for it.
However, I’ve just opened the product and it is far from what I expected. The photos are blurry And it’s all chipped and cracked along the sides, damaging the quality of the photo and the product. Not only that, but it is NOT a ‘skateboard deck’ It’s A flimsy flat piece of plastic. I purchased this product for my Fiancé‘s birthday I’d be embarrassed to give this to someone I dislike let alone him.
Extremely disappointed.

"Poor quality"

Canvas came with waves and noticeable loose canvas all along the top of the picture (it wouldn't have been so noticeable if it was along the bottom edge instead). I have ordered from 3 different canvas companies in the past 10 years and have never had a bad canvas like this one. I have pictures for proof but there is no place to upload pictures. My order number was USA174257074118 on March 21, 2025.

"Bad customer service"

Ordered product x 2 - it was incorrect - very poor customer service and no tel no to speak to anyone. VERY disappointed wiht this company - ordered 2 perspex frames.... both came without fixings. Tel no does not work. Eventually got response by email but not to resolve situation. In the end I drilled frames and purchased fixings elsewhere..NEVER use again!

"I was duped by this company…"

I paid for a photo pillow through MobiKwik but there is no response and and when I call customer support, I can't get through and for 16 to 17 minutes I only hear " your call is important for us pl be online"

"Terrible Quality"

Terrible quality. The picture was out of focus. The colors are bleeding and streaking.
I recommend that you spend the extra money to have your next print done in the U. S., not one of many overseas locations these folks use.

"Cheap price...cheap prints. Buyer Beware!"

Cheap price...cheap prints. Aluminum prints on thin thin metal with sharp edges. Warped prints. Color shifts from originals and even two of the same image! Prints are out of sharp focus. BS customer service. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Dont make the same mistake that I did.
