We make one claim 4 years ago for an act of God (ice storm) after many years of paying premiums with never a claim and you hike our premiums. Getting you guys to cover the expenses was like pulling teeth.

The Adjuster, Teresa Feucht was great at handling our Claim. Asked the claim questions, found we had a rider on the Canopy and keep us well informed as to how and we would receive payment. One thing that was unexpected was having a two party check with mortgage holder. This process delayed us from actual payment due to mailing and waiting on holder's response.
