Adjuster for Claim AA193529 made it much more complicated than was necessary.
She used up an exorbitant amount of her client's internal resources, (mine, 3 other Dept. Heads, plus our Broker) with her incessant demands, inefficiency, and allegation of randomly creating invoices (implying fraudulent).
She exhibited a lack of professionalism with her adversarial style towards her client and in adjusting the claim.

This was the first time that we filed a claim with Guide One. The process was simple, the claim was approved and we received our check within a week.

You say "No" an awful lot. We made improvements to the grounding throughout the church after a lightning storm. Does that give me a lower insurance rate? No. We had UL, a noted quality company, inspect all the aforementioned upgrades and they issued a certificate of compliance. I asked if that improves our rate? No. We had wind damage to the steeple of the church. Is there any coverage for that? No, the wind rider is 5% of the total value which was $100,000. I'm not really sure what good that rider is, even if the wind damage was significant, the church is on the hook for the first $100,000.

I liked that once the claim was filed, the money came almost immediately. there was no hassles at all about the claim. everything went smoothly. However, for some reason I don't know, it took a while for the file to be claimed. perhaps that can be looked into. otherwise, I was very happy overall.
