Hurricane damaged our church shingles in September 2024 & your co. didn't resolve our claim until end of Jan. 2025 wanting a hen Derious deductible, based on total value of property of 1,500,000.oo not on replacement cost. The amount they wanted as a deductible was around $ 79,500.oo. Several estimates we received didn't. exceed $$44,000.oo dollars.

Classic insurance. Designed to collect premiums in perpetuity and never help when needed. Ultimately, Guide One decided to not acknowledge and pay for the damage we incurred [somehow they have aerial footage of our random building in Memphis of a problem we didn't have 3 years ago but they say they have pictures of it, crazy]. And to take it further, they then followed up by saying they weren't going to renew our coverage when this policy ends. Classic insurance. Of course, they were very professional about their communications, an email with a word salad to offer their verdict and no response or communication when their adjuster changed days, dates, times and more to finally do a 15 minutes walkthrough. Classic insurance.
