I made just one call toour customer service representative about our boiler failure and she explained the coverage in our policy and the claim process. She transferred me to the claims department, who took all of the information to file the claim. The next day, I received a call from the adjuster, who took more information about the failure and began scheduling an on-site inspection. All of the work was done by GUIDEONE. Every representative kept me informed about the status of the claim and always followed up on the promised dates. Our claim was eventually denied and a detailed explanation, including excerpts from our policy were included. Though, I am disappointed by the decision, I completely understand why.
