No compren en esta web son unos estafadores compré una radio nueva y me enviaron una usada, cables ya pelados habían estado ya conectados, un e-mail ya registrado en la radio y no me la han cambiado son unos putos estafadores.

Do not buy on this website, they are scammers I bought a new radio and they sent me a used one, stripped cables had already been connected, an e-mail already registered on the radio and they have not changed it to me, they are scammers.

I am still waiting for my order from last year November. It even had a tracking number and now all of a sudden I can’t get where the product is. I emailed a few times with no response!

I know there has been a lot of bad reviews for newfrog but I have to give them 5 stars. The delivery only took 11 days and when my order came it was in good condition also I could track my order everyday. Brilliant thankyou.

"Don't do it!!!!"

The item I ordered in April 2019 did not turn up. I contacted the company a number of times.their standard response was check the tracking number. I did this, right up until the day the tracking number disappeared. When I contacted them about this they said I have to get a certificate from auspost saying the item was not delivered. However because there is now not a tracking number in the system, auspost can't supply that and new frog attitude is no certificate, no refund or replacement. Poor service would never buy anything from them again.

"EMPTY BOX SENT NO ITEM ORDER IN IT"

They have an issue with their dispatch area where I believe someone is stealing their products.

Heres the issue they don't communicate to the buyer to let them know they have received your order and is processing it or event sending it.

1) Contacted Newfrog via messenger 5 days after the order on 20 May to ask if they received it.
2) They advised it was posted and then I received it 3 days later 28 May.
3) When I received my order I purchased 3 items and they sent 3rd item but it was an EMPTY BOX with NO ORDER.
4) 28 May: I advised New Frog I received an EMPTY BOX. At which I got the we will get back to you. The kept saying so you received the item or not. They couldn't get their head right that they had SENT AN EMPTY BOX.
5) Same day I raised the dispute with PAYPAL
6) which they responded quite quickly we have sent your product please close the dispute. I'm glad i didn't
7) 9 June: Stil no order, It took them 10 days to respond so at that time I escalated the dispute further with PAYPAL.
6) 10 June: The advised they would refund
7) 20 June: NO REFUND: I sent a message that they had not and they said messaged me back with this response:
" HELLO LEE, It's break time right now, we'll get back to you as soon as possible!".

8) 2 issues with this company:

a) This company needs to learn to honour what they advise.
I have a written email stating they would refund and they have not.
I have all the messenger responses as a record of history
I have the PayPal responses as history.

b) The other issue is how you deal with it. This company takes days to respond by days 10 days or more.

9) Heres how this company needs to improve:

1) automated buyer order response advising order received and processing orders
2) advise email when items are sent and how sent.
3) Once a dispute is in request deal with it within 72HOURS


I purchase all sorts of products from China regularly. This is the first BAD BAD CHINESE COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY HISTORY OF ONLINE CHINA PURCHASES.

THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT FOR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BAD SO DO NOT PURCHASE.

Since this, I have received 4 items from China from Ali Express and DHGate.

NO WHO TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IS A RISK

Do not buy anything from this company i bought security cameras from them and they did not work i got in touch with newfrog and they sent me details on how to return the items for a refund i did that and also paid for shipping costs which newfrog said they would reimburse. I have yet to recieve my refund nor is newfrog returning any of my emails i got in touch with paypal and they told me that they cant do anything about it because it has exceeded their time limit in future if you have any suspicions about a product merchant deal directly with paypal that way you wont get caught out like i did
