"I’ve just spent two hours trying to…"
I’ve just spent two hours trying to authenticate my identity for my solicitors. There were continual problems With the system, not accepting photographs suggesting my Internet connection wasn’t working et cetera et cetera. I spent a very unproductive amount of time contacting a chat room. Finally, I received help from an assistant directly who offered to send the details to my solicitor manually. There is a problem of communication between the solicitors and checkboard. I much prefer the system of taking your documents to the solicitors office and having them validated manually. If I had caught the bus into town and back I might have been quicker.

The app itself is quite temperamental and they lack certain details like file size maximums etc for uploading.
The gentleman who assisted me, Wandile was super helpful, no fuss just got it done. So the app not so great, the help top notch.

I'd mistakenly taken a picture of my ID from a screenshot so the ID verification process was on halt for a few days.
After getting in touch with Wandile, he'd advised me of the issue and had rectified it within 10 minutes. He'd also walked me through the rest of the process and kept me in the loop with any updates and any outstanding documents.

I had found the process of using your website very difficult. Your agent Wandile was extraordinarily patient and just couldn’t have been more helpful. He walked my wife and through the process to completion. He is an exemplary example of Good Customer Service and I do hope that his employers appreciate how valuable to their company he is.

Really prompt responses from customer services. Always very polite and helpful. A lot of other companies could learn from this customer service team. Nothing is too much trouble and they solve issues instantly.
