Superbly professional, punctual and friendly service.
I had some issues with uploading/scanning My ID documents, I entered the online chat through the help centre and the matter was resolved and my ID check was finalised for my landlord within the same day, evidently they really care about and value there customers.
Excellent 10/10 would recommend ✅👍

Quick and helpful agent, good service, although the initial process did take 15-20 minutes, not the 5 minutes stated in the first message, as pasting the link was a bit problematical and you need documents, passport etc ready which I didn’t. Thanks

"The app is exceptionally frustrating"
The app is exceptionally frustrating, it does not work smoothly at any point. It kept going in loops, each section would get to a point and not work/session would expire even though you were trying over and over. I would refresh the app, go back in, it would not have recorded everything, start over. It would be saying upload a doc and then you would press okay and it would take you back to the address section having wiped your details over and over. Adding the address history dates via the calendar was not set up clearly- it would keep jumping to the present date but would not tell you what was wrong for another example. The id scan and face id i had to do 10 times plus before it worked, it would reject scan, then i would exit app and come back and it would then no longer say expired, but pending. Then i would come back and it would say expired. Took enormous amout of reverse engineering to figure it out, try guess what the app might to next. I would give up, come back when it was looping at a certain point and it would have erased the sections progress after previously telling me 'no internet' (whilst my wifi was fine on all other devices) and started looping. Had to get my parents to use the app too and it was even worse for them. Honestly worst experience ever. Never write reviews but had to say something.
