"STAY CLEAR!!"

I would advise all to stay clear of this company for various reasons. My experience has been absolutely atrocious.
First and foremost, they messed up the delivery of my items. I had clearly specified where it should be delivered and they assured me it will be ok but nothing happened despite calls and emails. I ended up incurring additional fees for their mistake and didn't even get an apology for it.

Secondly - If you are to buy anything at all, stay away from any electrical goods, most if not all are faulty.

And thirdly, apparently what you see on the pics is not always what you end up getting. I purchased a hand held massager of a particular brand as indicated on the pic, but I received a faulty unbranded item that is missing some pieces. Clear scam and unacceptable. Despite all this, I have tried various times to reach an amicable solution with them but all in vain.

Stay away, absolutely useless company I’ve ordered for them a few times but this time I was missing items I had purchased. I have emailed 3 times and had absolutely no reply. I’ve tried calling them and they won’t answer any of my calls absolutely rubbish

"Broken clock"

The product I purchased (clock) recently was broken. The hands on the movement just flopped freely about. It must have been broken before it went to the auction yet they still sold it. I have bought many things from auctions over the years. The respectable auctioneers ensure that the product is working before it goes to sale. I will no longer use this company.

"Avoid International Auctions at all costs"

I have ordered from here many times, and everything was fine until the last two orders.

The second to last order they sent me the incorrect lot which I then had to return and they sent out the correct lot. The courier accidentally delivered this to the wrong address (whoever received this was honest enough to return to courier), the sender then had two days to confirm the correct delivery address but failed to so do and as such it was returned to the warehouse. They then took weeks to resend this, for which I had to sending emails chasing this almost every other day.

In the meantime, I placed an order for multiple items which were labelled as brand new. When I received this package, one of the boxes was open without the item inside. I took images and sent to them immediately, explaining that one of the boxes empty so the item had either been stolen or missing, given that this item had no label identifying which lot it was. They did not respond until I sent a follow up email chasing on the item mentioned above.

Their response to this was nothing short of disrespectful and infuriating. They told me it was “impossible” and insisted in affirming I "had received" the item, implying that I was lying which is, of course, untrue. Once they finally sent the package above, they then stopped responding to my emails regarding the missing item.

If you are looking for an honest and friendly company, avoid International Auctions at all costs.

Excellent company to deal with. The lady in the office is so very helpful and polite. The warehouse lads especially the three who work late work hard and will go out of there way to help. Such a pleasant team

Bought a "Masha" by auction on Sunday. Paid Monday, informed of Despatch Wednesday and Delivered Friday (Today). Item works well and the whole process was pretty seamless. Well done Guys, thank you

"poor values poor service poor company"

was the highest bidder on an item that did not reach its reserve price emailed the auction after received an auto email then nothing the item was relisted a week later was the highest bidder again messaged seller no reply the item did not make the reserve emailed in again no reply on the 8th jan 2023 was contacted on the 16th to ask which auction clearly not a company to use have no value for customer service or relations spend your money else where
