Simply they are a group of Ruthless Thieves specially Stephen stole from my brother 700 pounds and my brother is now in hospital for hart attack. He took money and sent him 3 items don’t work at all and refused to refund his money.

Bought several items. All came and were fine except one which was smashed; not broken yet fixable, nope just completely smashed and unusable. Was fobbed off with it being my fault as I didn't ask for an appraisal. Pretty rubbish as have been buying from various similar style auction houses and never an issue with similar issues. Don't buy anything in case it comes smashed up. Wouldn't ever use again and it was only first time. Utter pants boo hiss. Seems they're purposely selling unrepairable and unusable stuff, essentially expensive landfill lol

I bought 3 different items to start a new job
Projector, Microphone , Serato controller. Imagine none of them works I spent nearly £700 my entirely saving as I was not working because of health issue. This is daylight robbery last but not the least they got back to me after 48 calls over the past four days and she hang up on me.

"Hurray For International Auctions"

We bought some lots at this auctions for the Special Needs Facility at a local secondary school where our daughter works as they give Art Therapy to some of the kids as it helps. Unfortunately, somehow the items were lost in despatch. We contacted IA and one of their Customer Service people, Autumn went to extraordinary lengths firstly to find out items and when that failed she collected lots of replacement items instead of just giving us a refund so that the kids would receive the equipment. I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Autumn as the replacement pencils etc. arrived, safely, today and we are and the kids and staff at the school will be over the moon.

This company is one big swamp, Autumn is not suitable for this role, it cannot cope with the sheer volume of things, it is not polite, it does not answer e-mails or phone calls. But when you call and ask where the package is, he cries that he has a lot of work and no time for phone calls !!! I honestly do not recommend this company to anyone because it is a shame.

And to you, Autumn, don't even write back to me because you're a pig and a rag anyway. You broke it all down. I will not forgive you for this

Do not combine Autumn with the truth, this is a true and real opinion, you can do whatever you want, but the truth is that you are not the right person for this position, I am a customer and you have disappointed not only me, you can see other opinions !!! Change job if you can't cope with this job !!!

You can't even deal with issuing a simple invoice, and what's more, you issued 2 invoices for a different amount for one purchase

And at the end for mistakes, no answer from Autumn, I was blocked because she didn't want to work, somehow other Auctioneers send parcels immediately, reply to e-mails, and this menu is not and blocks it, preventing further cooperation. Well, it has something to hide if it works like that !!!

It is interesting that no one will write back from them only immediately My opinion was reported that it is so ugly and not good

Love this companies goods but recently changed conditions on the auctions stating you must pay within 48 hours and collect within 5 days but normally if you require delivery it takes between 7 and 14 days to arrive which seems very unfair
