If I could I would give these no stars. I "won" about 6 items, when they arrived 3 of them are totally cracked or smashed. IA claim they are returns but no company would accept smashed returns so its an absolute con. I am dealing with IA at the moment who say they are checking with the courier and are unable to do anything until this is resolved. My dealings are with IA so whoever is to blame is irrelevant. Don't buy anything from here, absolute garbage and appalling attitude.
I have just read your reply Stephen and all items that I had bought were in a big box, you say I should have shaken the goods, wow, what a response. The fact remains you have sold me smashed items that would not and should not be customer returns. I emailed several times last week and your colleague today said she did not work Fridays, suggest you post an out of office then customers wouldn't get irate through lack of response. For the record, I said if you looked to resolve the issue which was raised 2 weeks ago I would take the review down, consider it my way of trying to resolve a totally unsatisfactory transaction. If you weren't happy with that, had you resolved this issue alternatively I would have left a positive review which is fair.
Can you also thank your colleague for wishing me a good life (even though I did detect a hint of sarcasm) as a parting shot, it was much appreciated and certainly better than her telling me just beforehand that no way would she repay me.
My initial comments stand, do not buy anything from this lot unless you see it beforehand or collect it. I suggest both.
