All I can say is excellent service from bidding to paying and having it delivered to your front door.because of items being returns as well as other reasons you may get the odd missing a part but up to now I have saved 4 times the amount of the items that are in good condition if I would of bought them directly new from shop..so I take my chances near enough every weekend also they have delivered everything for me (big or small) at competitive pricing..I highly recommend..any questions they also have great communication he is such a nice guy..A++++

They ban you then International auctions stated they were going to unban you, Not. of there word I have phoned so many times all you get is he is not there! But leave a message
we. had. inform you that there was a mix-up and we offered to pay for everything.
And phoned. to offer payment of the goods or even
give you the commission.
You never. replyed or even excepted the phone calls part for your assistant. so you very much wrong there
So why did you not return the calls? as we offered payment and informed you that is was a mistake all these 94 pounds have to look at our account and it was the first time we had used easy life in which it's no we will not remove it as you never had the decency to return the calls. We happy to share our views on social Media ..I have phoned you over 30 times and emailed you But you never returned the messages
Strange it took. you this time after our phone conversation you agreed on the phone that you would be happy to unban us on easy life. so that it makes life very difficult on other auction houses for life
Even easy life begged you to unban us too you done nothing!
This is the first time you contacted us after our phone call of apology and offered to pay you for your trouble
So why not let everybody Know about you say one thing and do another
As you contacted trust pilot with the review asking all my details you have already got them and I left messages and number so you can resolve this misunderstanding, You never returned the calls! As I have informed you on the phone and agreed you were going to take the ban off. for the confusion and all this payment was wrong as I have offered to pay. Are we that bad to offer and try to pay``! Your end up with no customers! Treating us this way and it was the first time we used that selling platform as you agreed on the phone,

My response back
I do not know if you can recall our telephone conversation when you agreed that you would remove us from the ban. I had offered to pay for the items and cover any other costs, but you were fine about it stating that you had made more money on the lots when they were re-auctioned.
I would appreciate if you could as promised, remove the ban, this was one mistake and I feel that someone should use some discretion, we have purchased many items from many other auction houses and not had any problems other than getting prior approval because of this ban on the account.
We have contacted E auctions and they have specified that the ban has to be removed from yourselves, and all I ask is that you do what you had promised, and remove the ban thus allowing us both to move on from this.
