I have just received a kitchen bin that I got at auction, the lid did not fit, it was rusty, dirty and what looks like SICK on the outside. When I rang to find out what was going on, I was told, or shouted at by Steph, that I keep complaining so she will ban me from joining any auctions, then put the phone down on me. I am 74 years old, with health issues and to receive something so disgusting has really worried me, especially with Covid. She thinks it’s ok to give me a refund, it’s not.

Been buying items from International for nearly two years and have found them to be very polite, helpful and professional. I have been buying items from many NW auctions over the past seven years and this company are amongst the best.

I found the staff polite and after one call they call me by my name :). postage is very reasonable, but just be carful about how they use r.r.p in the lot names, as I thought I was paying for a mouse worth £59.99, and I got a box with 1 plastic bit off the mouse and nothing eles(I won't say what I paid it! Also boxed as new headphone that have most of it missing, so do your self a favor and always ask about the conditions of items as they nearly always get back to you, I have learned my lesson and will always ask from now on

First time doing a auction, bought 2 lots, one won't work, they don't reply to e-mails, receptionist just say send e-mail to enquiries @. I might as well toss a coin in future if only 50% of purchases work

Typical dealings have been pretty good, some items have been damage beyond repair it’s just your bad luck if that happens.

Reasoning for three stars, Communication!

I won some items but never received an invoice which is usually sent next day after auction, it never arrived.

Email after email also messages on social media with no response.

Hopefully the transaction goes smoothly for new customers if it doesn’t your not going to get very far contacting them.

I’m pretty certain if the shoe was on the other foot with payment etc they would be chasing through heaven and hell.

Couldn't be happier. Stock available to view, prior to auction closing. Lots of stock weekly and very competitive prices. Never had an issue with an item. Staff are extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Nothing even satisfactory to report - full service outstanding.

Tried on multiple occasions to contact them via email however I had 0 replies.
I have won 10 items on auction and 3 of them where DOA ( Dead on Arrival).
