"Online great, deliver terrible"

Have won a few items from the online auctions, and have to say it was very easy and a good experience. Invoices are sent out promptly and easy to understand. All fees including delivery charges are included, with easy payment details and totals.
Unfortunately there are negative points. They are very slow at delivery, not taking days as stated but more like weeks. Communications are also the same, very slow to answer or supply requested information.

I have used International Auctions for a while now and Steph has always been polite and helpful and Liam is a top lad and can’t do enough for you. I have read some reviews about the goods, your buying from auction so you should understand that unless you go to viewings or ask about the products condition you are taking a chance at your own risk. The offer of appraisals and viewings are they if you choose not to use them it can be luck of the draw unless stated as brand new. These guys have been very accommodating to me and would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work guys!

"After several emails from the…"

After several emails from the auctioneer with him accepting they packaged the goods poorly resulting in some of the item I purchased being broken he tells me he has dealt with their poor packaging issue ! Well that does not reimburse me for the damaged goods nor does it explain why some lots were in very poor used condition and sold as worthy lots when I could have found better quality at a car boot sale ! Beware of the wording on this site and be advised if it is saying unboxed it is probably broken well used past its sell by date and all you will be doing with it is putting it in the bin ! I honestly don’t know how these people manage a good nights sleep with the conning and misleading of buyers on their site maybe they don’t count sheep but their bank balance when the go to bed 🤷🏼‍♂️Absolute disgrace so be warned

"My Honest Review"

I was an auction newbie when I discovered International Auctions.
Had a good read of the terms and conditions prior to bidding so I could understand what the gradings meant and I had a clear understanding of what to expect if I was successful. Descriptions and photos are nice and clear on the auction site so I was confident on what I was bidding on.
As I live relatively close (12 miles away) I decided to collect my items.
Was greeted by a very helpful Gentleman call David, who in turn spent a considerable amount of his time explaining how everything worked and what I needed to do.
He then introduced me to a lovely couple called Stephen and Steph (the owners I think). Who explained the payment process and how I got my items.
My items were collected together by a lovely little lad called Liam. Who even offered to load them in my car for me.
All this on my visit.....that’s what I call service!!
I now bid on their site every week on the items I want.
When I go to collect them they will show me where the next Auctions are laid out in the Warehouse so I can take a look a the items I want to bid on. If I have a question I just ask one of the team who are always at hand to help......Yes there have been times that I’ve received items that may have a part missing or are broken. However I’m fully aware this could happen and is why the items go for the prices they do.
Far outweighing that are the amount of times I’ve won an item that is in fantastic condition and at a fraction of its normal price.
I’ve now been going to International Auctions for nearly a year now. The team in there are fantastic and are so helpful and honestly nothing seems to be to much trouble. If you have a question about anything regarding the auction, items or payments etc you are given an honest timely response and there attention which is all you could ask for really.
The few times I’ve not been able to get there and I’ve wanted to know something about a particular item, I just ring up and one of the team will give me an honest description.
All in all, my review would be .....
Great team of people who are well led.
Great service, which is paramount within a business.
Great communication in all aspects of the business.
Confidence, for me....what I’m bidding on and if there may be any problems that they are resolved.

I have found International Auctions to be a good honest company, with lovely people. Everything you buy is an online return, so you expect odd things not to work or maybe something missing, but the opportunity is there to inspect things before you bid, should you take the time to do so. I have only had 1 thing to return and it was dealt with immediately. All in all i don't mind travelling the 70 miles round trip every week to trade here

"Bidding for a bargain."

Having read the reviews, as I do for all online purchasing I feel I must add my ten pence worth.

Having used their services from almost day one they have always been fair. As long as the Ts and Cs are read then there should be no complaints. THESE ARE A MUST READ.

Yes I have bought the occasional item that I have had to repair, still saved loads of money, but on the whole this is a good way to grab a bargain.

Whenever I have had a problem it has always been resolved.

Don’t bid if you are not able to do the odd repair.
