BID ON SOME RANDOM HOUSEHOLD ITEMS; TURNED OUT TO BE PRETTY GOOD. MINOR WEAR, BUT OVERALL VALUE WAS IMPRESSIVE. DELIVERY WAS FAIRLY QUICK TOO.

Here’s my honest thought: bought kitchen appliances super cheap. Slight dent on microwave, works perfectly though. Delivery team was polite, a bit slow however. Overall, experience fun and rewarding enough to return for more.

Paid invoice in January and we are still not only waiting but responses via email are intermittent, ending in a rather ironic quote about choosing kindness (and all signed off by different names each time so no follow up possible). Twice we have asked for a complaints procedure and that ends in stonewalling. Let me not get to the phone calls. Just not a credible business at all.
