I have spent thousands with international auctions over the last 3 years, 90% of the items I received have been exactly as listed and I have got some huge bargains from them, but ultimately it’s the invoice and postage system that makes me stand out from the rest , yes they cram all your items items into a flimsy box, but then they charge bare minimum to get it to you.
I had 5 huge really heavy boxes that cost me less than £20 to be delivered. Which is massively helpful when you are trying to make a profit , The massive stock selection over numerous days is a real treasure trove of goodies and lots of fun to search through and on the rare occasion they have messed something up, they got it sorted for me in a timely fashion.
The only downsides are sometimes you get some broken tat , and a lot of the stuff is Chinese imports but that’s when you should be paying attention to the photos they use. Unlike other auction houses , these guys are really honest!
If you found this auction house using ibidder I would advise you Steer clear of supreme auctions Sheffield, read the reviews and you will see why.

Had a conversation with Dian from International Auctions today.
She was incredibly friendly, polite and courteous. She escalated my refund issue, assured me that it’s currently being reviewed by her superior, and that it will be resolved by the end of the day.

Today, I had a chat with Dian from International Auctions. She was exceptionally warm, polite, and accommodating. She took my refund concern seriously, promising to escalate the issue and confirming that it’s currently under review by her supervisor. She assured me that I should expect a resolution by the end of the day.
Fingers crossed that I’ll see my money soon.
UPDATE 18/10/2024
On October 18, 2024, I reached out to Diane again after a week had passed without receiving my £49.20 refund. Unfortunately, it was the same situation—another promise was made for a callback.
Then, on October 23, 2024, I spoke to Diane once more, as she had not returned my call since the 18th. She informed me that Steph from Accrington is the one handling my refund and insisted it had been processed. However, there has been no sign of the refund in my account.
It's frustrating that I'm still waiting for a resolution. Hopefully, I'll have my money back soon.

They deliver BUT...
Oh my god how hard is it to get in touch with ANYONE here.
The email service is completely useless.
No one replies for WEEKS, and once they do, is mostly half replies that you can tell from the email response, the person on the other side just can't be asked.
Then is the invoices without postage:
All the invoices i receive clearly state "We normally add postage to your invoice, if this is the case all deliveries are processed within 5-7 working days...", however, some do, some dont... so you pay the invoice and the items never arrive because that particular invoice had no postage included... but they say in the invoice that postage is included... but its not.
Please, if anyone from this company reads this... sort this out.
You have great lots and this could be a very pleasant transaction... either your staff is not on top of customer service or they dont care.

company is a joke, highly unprofessional, they are asking me to pay twice for my items, and the items which did come they delivered to a matalan when i got told its coming to mine, they will not refund me for delivery and will not send my items - will be speaking to trading standards or ombudsman as i do not get anywhere with this company - i have called over 50 times, if i win an auction, right, it should come to my adddress i shouldnt have to pay twice, nor should i have to pay delivery if it arrives miles away from my home

I have had half my order delivered before (January) without the other half which I am still awaiting and I’m currently waiting on a large order that I won nearly two months ago. I’m about to file a small claim as the phone lines don’t work and the admin stops replying when stock has been lost!
I would really rather have a call an a refund honestly. However, I will file if needed. Thankfully I own my own legal consultancy. Liberandi.co.uk . If anyone else needs similar help and services I will assist in other people’s claims on a fixed fee.

I have been using this auction for a very long time and the service and products I have received are all working and in good condition...I believe they can only get better with how they operate...so a massive thank you to all the staff and members that makes every thing possible..

I have purchased thousands of pounds of stock from this outfit & yes, Occasionally you get a bit of tat. The vast majority though are perfect. For instance, I purchased 2 x auto cleaning cat litter trays for £80 each instead of £600+ they had been opened, but, unused. I have had the odd problem - they lost one of my parcels and one item recently was not lotted properly. I have found a polite email to Gillian, or, Roxanne - both of whom are incredibly efficient, is usually enough to get it sorted. I have a problem at the moment with a suitcase that hasn't arrived & tracking numbers which don't correspond with deliveries. Stacey is dealing with this & I have no doubt she will be as efficient as the other 2 ladies. Deliveries are swift, well packed & 95% are real bargains.

i bought thousands of pounds worth of stock over a few months i was led to believe my pallets would be shipped but nothing has arrived i got a one liner reply from stacey last week but as of today they refuse to answer the phone i think it is time to visit their premises in person .. steer clear of this rip off center

"Absolute joke of a company"
Absolute joke of a company! I bidded on a picture and description of a watch. A totally different watch arrived. When questioned, to their after-sales, they reused to accept the liability! I ordered a digital watch with a brown strap which was shown on a picture and stated on their description. An analogue watch with a metal strap turned up! I am flabbergasted they aren’t expecting responsibility!
