"Multiple undelivered items & unresponsive customer care"

I used to enjoy bidding at International Auctions, however, unfortunately I did have a few items undelivered and the customer care team remains unresponsive. Needless to say that all my invoices are always paid immediately, and yet they failed to deliver the missing items / to issue a refund. I hope this will be sorted asap.

"International Auctions Not to be Trusted"

I have used International Auctions for many months and had always considered their goods really good quality. This has changed in recent months with many items purchased either broken or used.
Their description of items is not accurate indeed the pictures often show the item from Amazon as new.
The customer service is abysmal, the worst I have ever experienced from any other auction house.
It seems that growing to a business with a £4m turnover means that us as customers who made this company no longer matter.
Their rules are mafioso in style. They demand payment immediately yet keep hold of your items sometimes for weeks and send them when convenient for them to do so. If they owe you money then they keep hold of it, demand proof that you paid in the first place and delay payment as long as possible.
The only option is to take them to court for it, which for a business such as this, should lead to them being removed from the ibidder platform which they use to block you from bidding on any auction house linked to it.
This practice should be looked into by trading standards as issues with one auction house should not be used to punish across the board.
There is no customer service at all. Try ringing them, try emailing them and get a reply. It just doesnt happen. Its all about making as much money as possible and mug their customers off as we are now just scumbags to them.
I really wish people would see them as they are and avoid using them in the future. Vote with your feet and avoid getting sold goods that are used, broken Amazon returns with no comeback whatsoever.
Maybe then they will look at how they operate and come back down to Earth instead of looking down on us from high!

Great auction house as long as you view, Autumn in customer service was amazing and handled my questions quickly and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Send emails( 4 times ) no reply. Called them spoke with someone who said they will check and call me back and of course nothing back !!!
Really bad customer service.

I bought from them few times, items was broken or parts was missing- they always said it is not there responsibility.

But this time when items are missing when I paid fully for them is a bit too much !

Got less than half the items I paid for and a random item I didn’t even buy!. Tried calling all afternoon and no one picks up. Waiting for response to emails. Will update this review if there is a positive outcome

Will be taking them to small claims for refund ,disgusting customer service.
400+ lots purchased from them in the past.
Your terms and conditions are not UK law and you have lost this battle in court before.
Did you think this was a false review ?
Why now are you so concerned and asking for all my details.
There is only 1 company that is underhanded and its you.
5 emails 2 phone calls and a complaint raised against you not a single word back.
Ps these are all avaliable to read.You also lied to ibidder as a complaint has been sent to them regarding this also.

I have Been using international auctions since December 2023 and I can honestly say I got everything I pay for or win . I collect my items and when I had a problem with one pallet they replaced it without question. So my experience of them has been good with no problems and no missing items . What you have to understand is its returns not not new . If it is new it will state that in the description. I can't fault them that have been very helpful and very pleasant to me everytime I go . Keep up the great work Accrington site .

Cannot fault the customer service recently, few issues which were resolved and exceeded in response and resolution. What people need to understand is they sign an acceptance of terms prior to purchase (top tip READ THEM) so in reality the customer service is what the company should be judged on.......needless to say 10/10.

I have been impressed with the quality of service I have received from International Auctions. They have been able to resolve any issues I may have had quickly and efficiently. They are a quality auction house and I would and do recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
