Thanks for your detailed reply to my recent experience and I do take your point about recycling/creating jobs etc.My main point is really that in this case some person must have known that there was no door included in this package but was still sent out by your Company/Amazon, as an individual I dont know the process involved.I received yesterday a different item from the Company and everything was good although for a small box containing dog grooming kit delivery at £8-£8.50 is excessive but appears to be the norm in dealing with Auction companies.

The worst customer service you will ever deal with, never picking up the phone, never responding to any emails, you receive what they chose for you even a completely different item, and you must accept it as they will never respond

I have made purchases from here a number of times and I have found the whole process very satisfying, nothing bad to say.

I've been happy with every order and item I have received up until now.

There is an option for Viewing the items before placing bids so I do recommend anyone to di so to ensure they are satisfied.

I had only 1 small issue with 1 out of 500 items, sent an email and STEPHANIE sorted it out straight away, thanks Steph ur amazing, I really appreciated this and hope to continue doing business. A positive experience for me. Helpful staff, easy payment and collection options.

Had a phone call from international auctions and this is how she tells it . They haven’t got a clue what they get in and it’s pot luck if you’re lucky enough to get what you bid for . So me expecting a wi fi 6 system and getting 6 brackets is perfectly ok with this company ? False advertising is false advertising and I,m sure the law does not allow this again avoid this company before you lose your money ….

This company is not professional and neither are the people who work there. In the beginning everything was fine until they stopped sending me packages I had paid for. The road to getting my money back is very long, I have been writing to them to ask for my money back but so far I have ended up with promises. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMER. MY ADVICE... THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A PRODUCT FROM THEM.
THINK TWICE WHETHER IT IS WORTH TO BUY IN INTERNATIONAL AUCTION !!!

Very Helpful, always a pleasure to collect my items.
The staff are friendly and always take a minute to ask how you are. Over the past few years, there have been slight issues, which have always been dealt with. If you have never bought from an auction before, remember that everything you buy is a return or an overstock item, if you cannot view just bid with caution, it is a numbers game in the auction world, people mainly use these sites to buy and sell on other platforms

Reading all the poor reviews I’m disappointed having delt with this company for a long time …. It seems that nobody is entitled to a break or bothered that actually there could be a staff sickness !!!!! I have always been able to reach out with any issues I have encountered and always been resolved yes I had to wait a little longer but it’s still been resolved .
I’m sure getting the orders to us is the priority and the extra loads on postal service has been busy with Xmas and new year

Did not receive the full item as described. Unable to contact the Accrington office, no replies to emails and telephone calls are unanswered. Sadly I will not be doing any further business with these fraudsters.
