From my perspective, their auctions are a game-changer. I recently bought a job lot of clothing for my store, and most items were in excellent shape. A couple had small flaws, but that’s expected with such huge savings. The staff was kind enough to assist me during viewing, and delivery was on time. Honestly, the process is smooth and rewarding. It’s become my favorite place to shop!

In my journey with their auctions, I've scored incredible deal, Recently got a new coffee maker for peanuts. The staff is always polite, and the process is easy to follow. If you ask me, it's one of the best places to find amazing bargains. Highly recommend it!

Let me share my experience: Got a brand-new fridge for less than half the price! Viewing was super helpful in checking the quality. The staff was polite and guided me well. Delivery was a bit delayed, but the savings made up for it. If you ask me, this is the best place for anyone looking to save on quality items. To sum it up, their auctions are worth every penny and effort!

"Great auction house…"

Great auction house but,unfortunately,run by an unprofessional manageress (Accrington Site) who projects a persistent feeling of ill-will (i.e.resentment) to those customers who rightfully raise a legitimate query.Case in point : Recently,I was presented with a lot not matching the catalogue description of the one I'd won.I duly raised the matter with the manageress who reacted by having a complete meltdown with a response akin to the hair-dryer treatment Sir Alex Ferguson is famed for!!She then tried to wrestle said lot from my grasp before storming off to her work colleagues whilst vocalising 2 x bans in 15 seconds.Unbelievable behaviour!!Hitherto I'd been deemed as one of International Auction's better (or even best) customer.Henceforth,her lack of interaction was such it was fairly clear she didn't wish to engage with me even though she was the guilty party.

But it didn't end there as a few weeks later,and after presenting a gift to the manageress's younger sister,it was duly returned back after the manageress claimed her late father would disapprove.I think her father would more likely disapprove of her mean and spiteful actions in removing the gift from her sister in the first place!

And finally,without justification or reason,she decided to ban me from the auction house.I received an i-bidder email confirming the ban but the reason for the block was untruthful which stated - “Did not complete the transaction (i.e. pay for and arrange to collect items)".Absolutely untrue as,in the course of 3.5 years worth of business with International Auctions Ltd,I've spent almost £80K and have always made prompt and full payment.I raised this,via email,with International Auctions but no reply.So I raised with i-bidder who managed to overturn the ban.Just as well otherwise the matter would have become litigous.

To be fair she does have some attributes - a good work ethic,generosity and compassion (for animals) but those attributes conceal a multitude of sins namely :-

The inability to respect the values of other customers which manifests itself in her public and widespread use of profanity (a mouth like an open sewer!).

Unreliable as evidenced by her failure to adhere to "out of hours" viewing appointments.

Resentment to those customers who raise legitimate queries particularly if such queries concern a rightful refund.

A propensity for lying as demonstrated by the untruthful reason she provided i-bidder for my ban.

A disregard for the health and safety of staff & customers alike as evidenced by her on-site use of a fork lift truck without appropriate training.On one occasion,she almost reversed into me!

So,basically,it's her way or the highway and,in this instance,I found the highway more preferable!

"Zero stars"

I could give zero stars if I could. Am aware that there’s no guarantee of what you get but really? Why sell a completely used, and faulty equipment with dirty water leaking from it🤢. The thing is so dirty and won’t even switch on. I would understand if it was faulty but came in a good condition but this here, belongs to the trash not on the market to be sold to someone. Money wasted.

"Perfect for deals "

Recently, I got a recliner chair for a crazy low price, It had a tiny scratch, but it's still great. Honestly speaking, this place is perfect for bargains.

"Can't get item I paid for."

Used the previously and they have been OK. This time took part in a Sunday Auction, delivery only. Won an item and paid for it then nothing. DPD say they are waiting for the item. Ladies on the phone pass me from one person to another. No one can give me an update. Been 10 days now so am about to escalate the matter further. Think they are going bust - beware!!

Positive experience. I have made multiple purchases and have not been disappointed. All items have been as described and delivered in a timely fashion.
