I am really disappointed to have to leave a negative review but given the fact I got an email demanding that anything purchased now has to be paid for within 48 hours.
I am still waiting for goods bought and paid for over a fortnight ago. I did manage to get a reply promising my "missing goods would be found today" Over a week and several emails later I haven't received either an update or the goods.

"Not as described"

Good service and delivery. One item was not as described (a pack of 3 that contained 2) and the photograph used was not the actual item, therefore it is difficult to judge the condition of the lots. It would be good practice to photograph the actual lots to avoid disappointment.

"Very rude staff"

Very rude staff call Autumn. Had been waiting for my items for over a week, Every time I call, I’m told I’ll be called back , but I never get a call back. And when I call again the woman is so rude she just promise it’ll be delivered the following day and wants you off the phone. Last call she just hang up the phone when I told her dpd made deliveries to me that morning but not my delivery from international auctions. One of the rudest people I’ve dealt with, no care for the customer. Don’t want you to call or email them. I’m done with them, there are many other auction sites I use and yes things do go wrong sometimes, but when it does others are good at sorting things out but not with international auctions. I wish I can give zero star rating

Unreal service, got all the items I ordered, can’t fault the company at all.

Absoloutly shocking service!!
Purchased an item through ibidders platform from Iinternational Auctions.
Took them about a week to sort and send the invoice for payment which was promptly paid for.
Then was told they would send quickly as i needed the item quickly by now and being told they will call me back to confirm several times, but they never did call back!!
After another week and now pretty much too late - they tell me they cant find the item to send.
IA appologise and say they will send refund by requesting my bank details which i returned to them about an hour of of receiving the email.
11 days later, no refund after 3 requests, no replies to any emails and no call back again.
Now, after getting through, i'm told i wasnt in this weeks batch of refunds and they sort later. - after stating my displeasure of this, i'm told they are within their rights to refund with 28 days.
Complete joke of a company!!

"NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY SELL GARBAGE"

I'm trying to find words to express something good about this company, but it's hard to find. They're selling garbage now. Cheating customers, with the excuse that you didn't go to see the lots in person, there's nothing to do. Since when do I sell garbage? they cheat people with a beautiful picture online and then bingo! Another thing is their deliveries are super late, I've been waiting for something for 3 weeks. I will certainly not do more business with this company and I advise people not to because as a company they do not value their name or reputation. In a little while, they're looking for garbage on the streets and selling it like it's a good thing!
