"Felt unsafe"

Used several times and they were great until they called me as I was getting in the taxi to say I owned them £15 as the app had miscalculated the fare. I tried to argue, but then they threatened to cancel the journey and leave me stranded in the middle of the night, and I felt unsafe so I had no choice but to pay. Will never use again.

"Extremely Unreliable – Avoid!"

Had three bookings canceled just hours before pickup, always with the same excuse: “driver is sick.” Two of these were for early morning on 23/12, leaving me scrambling to find a last-minute alternative. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, especially when booking in advance. If they can’t guarantee a ride, they shouldn’t accept the booking. Won’t be using this service again.

"Never again"

I booked a cab with this outfit the day before my mum's funeral (approx 26 hours ago now) to take me home from the crematorium.

45 minutes before they were due to collect me, I got a text telling me that my cab had been cancelled, which was nice.

They left me stranded, for which I am very grateful, and due to high demand with other operators, a journey which would have taken 25 minutes by car has taken over 3.5 hours.

Never again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Thanks for making an extremely difficult day just that little bit testing.

"Hidden charges and driver unsafely demanding and then counting while driving!!"

Terrible experience.
Had booked a car after a long flight. The plane landed on time and we were pretty quick out of the airport.
The confirmation from the booking had a time of 20:40. We were in the vehicle within 5 minutes of that.
They added £5 of waiting charges!! We called the dispatch from the car and they were insistent, saying they actually start counting from when the flight lands and they wait only 45 mins from then. Good luck at Heathrow at the end of half term!
When I reluctantly agreed the driver who by this time was driving insisted on payment immediately rather than at the end of the journey. When I asked if I could put it down safely on a surface he insisted I place it in his hand so he could count it (it included change!). Wildly unsafe.
Having used this company for many years as the prices are good, this will be the last time.
You get what you pay for.

Great service from the office staff and driver. Booked a taxi for early hours of the morning to bring us back to Chesham . Will be using again thank you .

Ordered airport transfer in advance and cab arrived 35 minutes late !
Very disappointed as how this can be organised this way if you booking way in advance
Presumably office put booking in the system too late !

"Totally Unreliable!"

Totally unreliable! Angles cars took a booking 2 days in advance for a medical procedure booked for 11am in the city. I told them at the time it was for a 82 year old lady and it was vital they showed up. Less than 2 hrs before pick up was scheduled they cancelled saying there was no driver available. Shame on you and your terrible service. From other similar reviews I would definitely avoid using this company in the future. Rubbish!

"Rubbish Service"

After booking a return trip for my 83 year old father on Christmas Day, I received a call 30mins before pickup that they had no drivers. They assured me they could do the return journey. Then 50mins before pickup up the cancelled again. Rubbish service DO NOT USE THEM

"1star is generous"

1star is generous. Taxi never arrived, waiting over an hour. Customer service saying the taxi would contact & arrive within minutes. Very strange to operate their business that way.

"Unreliable beyond belief"

Unreliable beyond belief. They have just sent me a text (10 hours befor my ride) stating "we are sorry you have had to cancel..." when I did nothing of the sort. My ride was a 5 mile one so I supect they dumped me for a longer one. Not the first time they have done this, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Never again. Go somewhere else.
