The items were received quickly, unfortunately they weren't quite what I wanted so I needed to return them.
Deyongs replied to my email very quickly and the return was extremely simple ! Great service Deyongs ! Won't hesitate to buy from here again but next time direct from you rather than through Debenhams, their customer service has been appalling . Yours Deyongs has been excellent!

I received excellent customer service from this company. I was really pleased with my quilt cover then when the sunlight shone on it, I noticed there was a weird stain. It looked like part of the pattern but on closer inspection you could see that it was a stain, and it was also on the other side of the cover. The company sent a replacement by return of my email to them & couldn't have been more helpful. This is the sign of a great company with great products.

I love this company’s towels! The standard is second to none, they are soooo thick and sooo soft, and the colours are just todiefor!
Yes I know I’m a towel ‘anorak’ but I’m blaming Deyong! They shouldn’t make such fab towels.
If I could add a photo (it won’t let me for some reason!) you would be able to see the 21 sets I’ve bought for our new bathroom!!

I accidentally tipped a cup of tea over my heated throw and the controller stopped working. I had excellent support from the Customer Support team to resolve the problem. I experienced a level of customer service that is rarely given nowadays, I felt a valued customer and the outcome has been really positive as my heated throw is working again (I will be more careful with cups of tea in the future!).
