Their website is gone, their social media is radio silent, the CEO has put his Instagram on private and there are still many people who haven't received orders from as far back as June 2024 so they have effectively scammed them. The brand is dead. This used to be a fantastic company with fantastic products, but it has been driven into the ground by the CEO and his delusional behaviour. Went on Dragons Den in 2024, only to not accept an offer and then let his company die. I feel sorry for the employees under him.
I loved Remy years ago, it used to be great. But the CEO has ran it into the ground and took people's money and ran.

"Bean bag is heaven, customer service is hell"
I was lucky enough to experience the dream that is sitting on a remy's bean bag (my flatmate's) and as such I purchased one myself. It's been a week and no replies to my emails or Instagram message, in fact the emails (to 2 diff email addresses) bounced back. They haven't posted on social media in weeks. I came to trustpilot just to check, and lo and behold. The worst I could have expected. I will be getting a charge back from my bank.

Remy took my money in September 2024 and have failed to deliver the item and have not responded to repeated efforts to contact them.
I previously ordered a Remy product in 2022 - it was excellent and there was a timely delivery.
Something has changed significantly- and reading the reviews, it appears that the company is now be run by scammers who will continue to try to sell trading on past goodwill, but not deliver.

I have been trying to get a refund from this company for nearly a year. I returned the items in the correct manner but was never refunded. Do not buy from them.

Do not buy from this company! I'm a repeat customer and have previously had good experiences with them. But I ordered a pillow in July which never arrived. I eventually cancelled the order via Paypal and requested a refund which unsurprisingly has not been processed yet.
They aren't answering any emails, and their phone number isn't working.
Avoid at all cost!

I believe the company has gone out of business. I ordered a pillow at the start of august. Not able to get in touch with them, so I made a claim with my bank. My bank are telling me that Remy have said the order is correct? But ive had an email (after nearly two months) saying they have cancelled my order. No refund still, and telling the bank everything is ok. Rob dogs. AVOID.

Check out Abeer Iqbal on Companies House and don’t order from Remy. Clearly the company isn’t operating but still allowing people to place orders from their website. Disgraceful.

Company has clearly gone bust, placed an order two weeks ago, no shipping details, no updates, no reply on contact with the company. Luckily got my money back through a credit card charge back. Crazy and fradulent they are still allowing orders to go through. AVOID
