"Lång leveranstid."
Hittills har jag inte fått mina varor som jag beställde för över en vecka sedan. "Alltid snabba leveranser" skyltar dem med på sin hemsida. Men det håller jag inte med om. Tog 5 dagar innan Postnord ens fick en beställning på leverans från Skincity gällande min order, där efter tar det tydligen över 48 timmar att köra ett paket från Göteborg till Borås, det är inte ens en timme mellan städerna. Första gången jag beställer något här och kommer välja bort att göra det igen p.g.a väntetiden.

"Very short shelf life!"
I’ve given this a 2 star purely because their customer service responded quite quickly. However, having purchased an Evolve product through them because Evolve themselves were out of stock, I was very surprised when the item arrived and had only a few months left until the expiry date stamped on it. I was informed it was because the product was natural, but this isn’t the case at all because all other products I have purchased direct from Evolve themselves have had expiry dates on them for at least 12 months. Clearly this item has been sitting in a warehouse for quite some time! I won’t purchase through Skincity again, only direct through Evolve themselves to ensure I receive a fresh product!

Im UK based and see some negative reviews from those outside of this area. Dont blame the company.Whoever is placing order in whatever country is responsible for reading and getting the costs right. I know this will apply to me as well if I purchase from Europe. So I simply dont!!

Avbröt min order som legat i 1 vecka för jag hade beställt för mycket varor och anklagade mig därefter för att inte vara en privatperson.
Det handlar förstås att de inte ville sälja varorna med så låg förtjänst. Hade varit bättre att meddela än att anklaga sina kunder.

"Avoid Skincity if outside UK"
Skincity clearly have no understanding of how customs work when shipping outside of the UK - which is really crazy this long after Brexit.
I was incorrectly charged customs (18 eur charges on a 65 eur order!) when all items under 150 eur should be customs free. The customer service representative wouldn't listen to this fact and wouldn't investigate why DPD was incorrectly charging customs fees.
They were totally unwilling to help and deflected responsibility for the problem - telling me to reach out to DPD to cancel my order.
AVOID purchasing from them if you live outside UK.
