Their online business is bogus they don't reply to your queries you place an order and then your money is gone, it's a serious honest review.

This company and its founders are total unprofessional. Once you buy the product and pay for it they are never gonna reply too. Their ticket system never works, neither they reply on Dms, nobody picks calls. Product quality is very cheap at the given rates. Delivery time is never fulfilled, you may expect 1 year too to get products delivered. They have 24 hrs cancellation policy but they will never revert and then will say we have no refund policy. I have many other victims who keep on commenting on their posts but they Keep on deleting dms. This company must be banned.

I have ordered a dress from Aachho but it’s been 3 months order is not shipped. They don’t answer emails and calls.

They deliver an anarkali dress which is my knee length. When i tried reaching them there is no exchange option neither the customer care, i can not wear the dress. As it doesnt fit me. They are busy in making videos of fake dress which they dont deliver.

This company Aachho is meant only for influencers, paid and fake marketing is it’s strategy to woo the innocent people. Then later when order is placed, they won’t deliver it ever and harass its customers by keeping them hanging with their money struck, no response from any customer care ever.
Beware of doing shopping from this site ever if you don’t want to be exhausted chasing them. My huge amount of 5000 is struck with them since 3 months.

I had a terrible experience with Achcho. The fitting of the items I received was extremely poor, and the stitching was substandard. Despite reaching out to their customer care multiple times over the past 7 days, I received no response.

Out of 5 items I ordered, I have only received 2 — and it’s been 23 days. The remaining 3 items haven’t even been dispatched, and there’s no refund being offered for the delay. I had placed this order well in advance for an important event on April 5th, and I even called them beforehand to confirm timely delivery. Sadly, they did not keep their word.

This isn’t the first time either. My first order took over a month and a half to arrive. Clearly, there’s a serious issue with both their operations and customer service.

Very disappointing experience. I strongly do not recommend shopping from here.
