Upserve's integrated support button that links directly to support 24/7 and minimizes while on the POS screen is super functional and helps handle issues quickly. I've used two other POS systems in my businesses in the past, and this small feature has actually come in handy multiple times, solving issues expediently.

Upserve is an excellent POS system. I'd say it is a cross between the functionality of Aloha and some of the better parts of Square. The programmability is good but not quite as flexible as some others. You should be able to do 99% of the things you want to do, I'm just really particular about certain options and they don't exist in the current build.

I had a pretty good idea on what I was trying to do in the pos system I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything so I chatted with Anthony and he confirmed what I was trying to do. He was very nice. Unfortunately I could not do what I would have like which is apply a coupon code comp with an exact dollar price, your system would only allow a percentage not dollar amount. I also never got to thank Anthony or formally end my chat with him because the chat had timed out. It was three minutes that had passed before I got back to writing to him. I was disappointed I didn’t get the chance to appreciate his help.
