No call from delivery driver and they threw the parcel on the pavement outside in the rain while the apartment lobby door was open with parcels from different delivery companies inside just lucky my new phone wasn't stolen or damaged by rain.

Got a package delivered this morning the delivery driver didn't even bother knocking on the door just dropped the parcel over the wall onto the damp ground.very bad service gls

"No respect for the deliveries"

The driver dumped the box on wet ground and beside a puddle at the gate despite clear instructions to drop at the front door. GLS do not apologise but claim the driver was afraid of a dog barking inside the house. By luck I was home, had I not been the package would have been destroyed. GLS are hands down the worst courier service in Ireland.

unreliable, unhelpful and waste of time. My parcel was sent to them from 4 February and was supposed to be delivered days ago. up to now you I have received nothing and when in call all I get is one story after another. very disappointed

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE Two parcels via GLS in two months, 1 was 10 days late and the other is 14 days late and tracking number no longer works. Customer service of no help. Not fit for purpose, don't trust your valuables to them.

This company is an absolute shambles I have rang 3 times now to follow up on an order that should have been here over a week ago. In the meantime my daughter placed an order with a different company that was given to our neighbours they never even tried our house so they are just leaving packages in random houses. I spoke with some of my colleagues and friends in the area and this seems to be a theme with this company as of yet still not received my package. So my advise if u live in wicklow try to avoid these at all cost

One star is being generous, I have wasted hours of my time chasing parcels. Avoid any company that uses them when shipping to Mayo

Only 1 star so I could review this company. I do recommend them if they were the last courier service in Ireland. Totally unreliable you have to go on a treasure hunt to find out where your parcel has being left. When you ring customer services they will tell you they left a note as to where your parcel is wrong no note . As to why it's left in a neighbour house when you being sitting waiting for it for three days in your house as for three you get a email saying it will be with you sometime today. I don't understand why they do this if you can't deliver fine. But to keep sending incorrect information is beyond me.

very bad service, I did not receive any messages when the package will be delivered. I had to return the package to the sender because I made a mistake when ordering. I contacted the sender and was told to refuse the parcel and immediately write to them, which is what we tried to do, but the driver said that he would not take it back, when my son refused to sign, he was called, even the neighbors heard. After a few minutes, he came back and took the package, without even apologizing
