"Worst couriers I have ever used"

Worst couriers I have ever used. They don't handle parcels with necessary care, damaged mine. Have been trying to resolve the issue for 2 months with no success so far - they're ignoring despite have all the information in their system including photos. That is not the single case with them.
One of previously delivered item was completely broken in 2 pieces.

"Poor quality from customer service"

The customer service from this company is of a very poor quality. I contacted them via a phonecall to see if I could get an estimated time of delivery. The service representative was very rude, stated they dont do give estimated times and then hung up without so much as a thank you or goodbye.

If I could give minus stars I would, this is luckily my first time dealing with GLS.

The rudest customer service I have ever come across, and easily the worst courier I have dealt with. I don’t know how they are still in business.

Dealt with the same guy in Dublin twice now (wouldn’t give me his name as he knew he was being rude) but has a Nigerian/African accent if that helps management to identify who he is, after shouting at me he then hung up on me.

Telling me three days in a row that my parcel is going to be delivered when it isn’t, I’d rather if they’d just tell me what day instead of dragging it out.

"Truly awful"

Truly awful. Easily the worst courier in operation in Ireland, which is saying something. They have never once actually delivered anything to my address and I've had to pick any items sent through them from a local depot. I'd say avoid lake the plague but that's unfair on Yersinia pestis, which compared to GLS is an absolute joy.

Today I received a second delivery through this company and have to say that everything went well. Accurate information provided through their tracking system. Very happy.

"Impossible to contact."

Unable to contact by phone, don't reply to emails.
This is to do with my parcel being recorded as delivered when it was NOT.

"Delivered but I didn’t receive the parcel"

Ordered a parcel from within Ireland. Yesterday it said “expected to be delivered today” then in the evening it was saying that it was being held in the parcel centre. I woke up today to the website saying it was delivered yesterday at 20:30 and no sign of the parcel anywhere.

"My package is now with this company for…"

My package is now with this company for the past 4 days and has not moved from that status, I have emailed them 3 times with no reply and when you call their number they have any automatic reply that tells you their line is not working

"No customer service"

I have tried multiple times to get a package redelivered. I have e-mailed three times to no response (first e-mail over two weeks ago), and when I try to call their "phone lines are down".
