If I could put 0 stars I would. Got a delivery of a phone today and the driver decided to leave it at the front door without ringing the doorbell and it's been lashing rain all day. Just glad the phone is working okay

3rd non delivery in a row. No customer service, no working phone line, last package got delivered 27k away with no sig or photo, god knows where this one is as its says delivered at 22:25 in the evening. What a truly appalling company.

"The worst service by a long way"

The worst service by a long way. Received an email to advise me that my parcel would be delayed by 1-3 days, no reason give only that it would be delayed. Tried phoning them on their customer service line and I get a recorded message that their phone lines are down. Phoned their Knock depot and get a message that my call can't be connected, please try again later, when I do call back I get the same message. Sent an email to see when I can expect delivery, no reply. I explained that I need this item before the weekend for a trade show but none of this seems to matter to GLS, I have had the misfortune of using them in the past and had similar problems. If I had known that my supplier was using GLS I would have requested an alterative courier. I now have to cancel my plans to promote my business over the weekend. Stay well clear is my advice.

"Incompetent"

Incompetent. Extremely frustrating to deal with this company. Was told multiple times delivery would be made in one business day. Customer service couldn't tell me why package wasn't delivered. Driver was asked to contact me but didn't.

"Lied about parcel delivery"

This company states my parcel has been delivered when it clearly has not . The date and time they stated they delivered my parcel I was at home and also have a video doorbell . No courier was at my house. They haven't responded to my messages either. Totally unacceptable what an absolute joke . What are they doing with the parcels and why lie stating something is delivered when it is not

For the love of God do not use these for anything. You'll just have a headache, heartache and eventually a stroke with their pure incompetence.

"Terrible service - avoid at all costs "

Terrible service. I have been trying to get a parcel collected for weeks. Every time I phone I get told the same thing - it will be collected today or tomorrow. Today I phoned twice asking to speak to a manager, both times have been assured of a callback which never happens. It’s beyond a joke at this stage. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

"I paid for the gls one on the website…"

I paid for the gls one on the website to send a package on 23/05/2024. I canceled the service because I would need the carrier to come and collect it at my home to send to the recipient. I got in touch and they canceled it on June 24th. Until now, I have not been refunded the amount that had been paid. I already contacted support via phone and they had no information about refunds and asked me to send an email. So far, no response.

First order was cancelled because they did not have the post code , strange as it was on the label that they sent me ! Second order could not be collected but they did not know why , helpful staff but rubbish system . Victor & Klaus should learn how to run a company .

Your delivery man saw him dump my item on the front of my lawn and go off this person he has done this before with another company, anyone could have taken my goods, he is not fit for delivery and he never left it in a safe place or my patio which was open with instructions from the company to leave it in it.

He threw it at my front door and walked off I had my patio open and he never left in it, just went off and threw it on the ground with a fair bang as that is what I saw.

Never using GLS again. my order could have been stolen or taken the way it was throw on my front lawn!
