I will never order anything from a company that uses this courier again.
They did not deliver my package, left a slip with no information on how to collect the package except a 'tracking number' that does not work.
I then had to reach out to the seller to get the real tracking number while GLS customer service ignored two separate, courteous emails, and I was left waiting for over 10 min on customer service without moving in the queue before I gave up.
I'm no Moaning Michael, but this service is beneath contempt. I paid good money, which I don't have much of, and if I'm not successful in getting my delivery this will be reported to anyone and everyone I can.

"Great customer service and friendly driver"
Had missed my delivery twice, called customer service in Dublin to clarify when I can expect my parcel. Spoke with very professional agent (Jason?) who checked my details and took a phone number that was not provided by the sender. Parcel was delivered by a friendly driver who gave me a call few minutes prior to arrival. Thank you for your good service.

Terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced! The didn’t deliver my package. I don’t know where my package is. Nobody answered the phone, nobody responded to my email. Next time If I see their name again another company, I’ll immediately cancel it.

Simply the worst, very unreliable, impossible to talk to on the phone. Hung up on me when I asked for complaints department. Still no parcel!

This is the worst delivery service ever. No response from number provided and you can be stuck in one position in queue without any changes. They don’t have a tangible reason for why they can’t seem to deliver my parcel for days now. So useless.

"Parcel stuck, support lying"
Parcel stuck at the depot for 7 days now. No way to get in touch directly. They only have a terrible support line, where some agents telling you everytime u call in that the parcel is out for delivery today. Try to avoid if you can!

"Customer Service...they don't know the meaning..."
Tracking says my parcel is out for delivery since yesterday, it was important I received it today and spent the day in position 7 in the customer service queing system. Didn't matter how long I held, position remained the same - 45 mins and no movement. Have rang back twice, guess what, position 7 and not moving. Absolute unprofessional, DPS 10 times better, wish suppliers would avoid GLS, a joke.
