"I am so disappointed"

I am so disappointed, since December 2023 my packaging has been lost. There is no evidence or proof that my package left GLS depo.There is also no money back because they can't make agreement to Eurosender. Drivers are so rude and unprofessional, to be honest rudeness exceeds all limits of rudeness. GLS turn off phone contact, so, you can't contact anyone.
If you can avoid GLS please do that.

Said package delivered, lo and behold no package arrived, customer service terrible and still no package.

I will now refuse to buy from any business using GLS

I just took delivery of yet another parcel delivered by our friendly and obliging local courier Miah Lynch who drives our local route on behalf of GLS. The parcel had only been dispatched by the online vendor yesterday afternoon, so, I'm delighted with the speed and manner of delivery.
I understand that the speed and reliability of a parcel delivery service can very much depend on the attitude of individual local couriers, and I'm glad that, here in South Kerry, it is Miah who's covering our area.

Company have package in their depot almost 2 weeks and still not delivered. Numerous phone calls but to no avail. Very poor service. This is second time I had this problem with gls previously they lost package only got delivered after 6 weeks. Would most definitely not recommend if you want your package delivered in the same decade it was dispatched

An absolute bunch of clowns, so far 9 days to deliver a parcel from one side of Ireland to the other
A litany of excuses, such as no-one available to take delviery and then the following attempt they had a problem with the Eircode, and then the address isn't correct
They can't be contacted easily by telephone - you should expect a 30 minute+ wait for them to answer, only for the customer service department to not follow up on their promises and never call you back
Emails go unanswered as you might expect

I've since found out that they use agencies for handling regional parcels rather than their own drivers and hubs, which doesn't work so well for the other dodgy courier in Ireland, but well done GLS you've surpassed their ability to get it wrong

I guess the next update is going to be "we've lost your parcel"

Is two automatically generated emails to tell me my package couldn’t be delivered, I’ve been at home all week so can say with certainty that nobody has called from gls. Emailed the Carlow branch no response, phoned several times nobody picks up, the company who I had ordered parts from emailed them on my behalf, but warned me not to expect any response.
