"Two days later still waiting ! "
Horrendous spent the last two days waiting in for a parcel that contains food for my children’s therapy cat. Rang yesterday - 30 July 2024 - staff member was polite but she could only email the depot and ask them to expedite the parcel. While on the phone I couldn’t hear her properly as her colleagues I presume was loud and laughing and joking in the background. I had to tell her I couldn’t hear her properly because of this. Guessing I was on speaker so much for GDPR . She asked if it was better presume she switched on fee headset but only guessing was still difficult to hear with the noise and they discussed some awful email . The reason for so delivery day one was the driver didn’t have time - but no contact was made with me. Two days wasted so far and poor cat still waiting on food. Have contacted the company I ordered it from also .

"Worst company ever"
Worst company ever.
Ordered from Zara. Received an email saying the order was delivered but it wasn't.
They didn't reply to my emails. When I called the customer care line, I was on 'position 8' for more than an hour. I had just left my phone and speaker and waited. I eventually realised I lost my money as they're just scamming people out of the blue.

"Doesn’t get back to customer emails"
Doesn’t get back to customer emails. Phone queues that done move for 30 minutes. Find it hard to believe I was in position 9 for nearly 40 minutes.
My parcel got stuck in the Netherlands then magically moved to Dublin where it has now also been stuck for over a week with no movement - you try and call and you’ll never get through - you email - there’s no indication they’ll ever even get back to you (spoiler, they dont)
Just tell me where my parcel is?
I have 2 case numbers because I never heard back the first time.

"GLS damaged 1st shipment then delivered 2nd to wrong address"
The 1st time GLS delivered Frames from Europosters 6 of the 8 frames were damaged. Europosters shipped out 6 replacement frames and yesterday the GLS driver delivered them to thr wrong address and even had the wrong person sign for them and now we have no idea where the replacement frames are and if/how we are getting them.

The courier went to the door, put the parcel on the ground and ran away. (there was no rain well), maybe the company needs to organize courses about door calls?

Just wanted to say I'm extremely happy with GLS. Every time they deliver a package to me the drivers are super nice and friendly. And they are always on time. Highly recommend them.

They didn't deliver my parcel but they marked it as delivered. I don't know why Zara is using some a company like this.

"Abysmal Customer Service, logistics consultant without a map!"
Can’t give zero stars. Delivered my parcel to the entire wrong country. Parcel was supposed to be in Portugal and ended up in Killarney Ireland. Did nothing to help get a refund from company that took my money to deliver. Sent back parcel after weeks of calls. Spent hours on the phone. Didn’t offer to send the parcel to the correct address and correct the wrong they created. I’m out of pocket and time with the amount of chasing I had to do. Useless. Absolutely will never use to ship again.

"So unhelpful"
So unhelpful. Emailed twice to find my parcel. Meant to be delivered the other day. They said they attempted to deliver it but nobody was home. Complete lie as my family member was home all day. Ridiculous wait for customer service. Apparently they make more money if they send the parcel back to where they got it from.

Received email to say important package worth nearly €200 was out for delivery
Sat at home all day loosing a day at work also called customer service to ensure delivery
At 5.01 1 min after customer service closed I received a email saying my parcel couldn’t be delivered
I have been at home all day no call nobody reached out and now I have no idea where my parcel is
