"Horrible Company"

Ordered a refurbished E3 V3 printer from them. What I received was a joke. It was clearly used and abused heavily and put in a box - then sold as refurbished.

The platform plate was all heavily scratched.
The print nozzle was completely clogged and covered in debris.
The display screen looked like someone threw up on it.
Under the platform was a thick, nasty layer of dust/dirt and what looks like clumps of dog hair.
The print history and logs werent even cleared!

Refurbished (by the manufacturer) is supposed to mean restored to like new. Yet, Im pretty sure they never even opened the returned box before selling it as refurbished. Maybe it was a translation error and they got confused between "returned" and "refurbished".

Nope. When I messaged them, their response was "I'm sorry it didn't work out for you". Seriously. That's exactly what they said. And they also asked me to verify that it works. Obviously, because they never did.

Oh, and as compensation, they offered me a $10 coupon (for purchasing more of their products I presume).

All subsequent responses by them were far less supportive than the first one. But the fight continues....

"Recieved my printer on Monday 9th…"

Recieved my printer on Monday 9th September doesn’t work not able to get through to anyone as they are based in China even though when you purchase online it states Australian site. Call Consumer Affairs and the Ombudsman. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS AS THEY DONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU OUT. EVEN THE AUSTRALIAN SUPPLIERS WILL PASS THE BUCK BACK TO CHINA. NO SUPPORT NO WAY. By the way my item was shipped from NSW. How is that not in Australia and why is there not a support team here to help they have many on sellers of Creality products right here in Australia.

"A Long history of problems with Creality"

I purchased my first Creality printer in 2017, a CR-10 500. It took me several weeks to get a good print and then it would stop printing good prints. It came down to the heated build plate. The plate was 500mm square. The heater blanket attached to the bottom was 200mm square. So when colder weather hit, prints wouldn't stick. I spend about $150 for an aftermarket bed heater.

Strike 2
In 2020, Creality had a kickstarter project for the CR6-SE. I took my time to decide if I would participate and jumped in just minutes before the kickstarter project closed. I was surprised to receive the printer in the first shipment and it worked nicely for three weeks. One day I turned it on and smoke came out, so I contacted support. They ask for information that was never provided (there was no order number from Creality) and I finally went to the credit card company and got a refund. That printer sat here for 8 months and then!

Strike 3
Eight months later the marketing director at Creality contacted me and "wanted to make things right". She sent me an Ender 3 Max and it worked nicely out of the box.

Strike 4
But after a couple of months parts began wearing out and the printer went down again. Before than printer broke down, she sent me a CR10 Smart for review. Not a public review but for Creality. That printer used the same leveling sensor method as the CR6-SE. So the printer attached to my network which was nice. But shortly after my review, Creality reprogrammed the wifi adapter and updated the firmware so it could not longer attach to a network but only to through the Internet via the Creality Cloud.

Strike 5
Before the reprogramming of the CR10 Smart, She sent me a Falcon Laser for review and wanted me to work with Creality in supporting both of the last models. I am a 50 plus year veteran of the microcomputer hardware and software industries. The falcon was like every other Creality product, an unfinished product built off the hip. After two firmware revs, the unit stopped working.

I modified my own software for these devices and Creality wanted to steal, I'm sorry, review my work. I said sure, after a non-disclosure is signed. Well that didn't happen, I didn't expect it to, and I never heard from her or anyone else at Creality again.

This company is unethical, immoral, and just down right wicked to deal with. They smell like bad seafood and are twice as slimy.

"The worst customer experience I have ever had"

Purchased a K1 speedy. Printer performed well for about 3 months. Then had major issues with multiple print beds being dug into by the nozzle.

Customer service was shambles:

- Terrible communication
- Parts sent to address in Hungary rather than my address in the UK
- Would not replace the broken print beds
- Did not answer direct questions
- Consistently gave generic responses

Truly a gamble to buy a Creality printer. Could work fine and then you don't have to deal with customer service, but if you do - I don't envy you.

"Adequate printers, horrible customer service"

Basically, they make decent printers. They use other's research and development as "inspiration" and build an almost identical printer and call it their own.

I don't have a problem with that (too much), but I will say I am rating them upon their HORID customer service. It is HORRIBLE.

If you can afford it, go to Prusa instead. FAR superior.

If you can tinker with your printer (constantly) yourself, you may be OK with their printers.

"Stay far away from this company and their products!"

I purchased a Creality CR-5 Pro H a few months ago, unfortunately I threw out the box otherwise I would have sent it back immediately. This is a very nice looking printer and I was very impressed. However it is with a lot of fiddling, messing around and settings almost impossible to get a decent print out of this machine. Avoid this company because their printers are very bad and their service even worse. Pity I can't give a zero!

"Terrible experience with Creality - Avoid this Company!"

I purchased an Ender 3 S1 3D printer from Creality's official UK website on March 13th. The printer arrived on the 17th, but when I assembled it on the 18th, I immediately noticed that it was faulty. The CR touch would grab the printed part and remove it from the bed after a few printed layers, and the first few layers had terrible quality. As an experienced 3D printer user, I knew that the levelling was not working properly, and I contacted Creality support on the 19th of March to request a replacement.

Instead of offering me a replacement, Creality support sent me a new CR touch and asked me to change it myself. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem, and the printer still did not work properly. Despite my repeated requests for a replacement or a refund, Creality support only sent me videos to try and fix the printer myself. They stopped communicating with me altogether after a few days, leaving me with a faulty printer and no resolution.

Do a favor yourself and avoid this company.

"Company based in china, forget support"

company based in china. Customer service doesn't even speak basic english .

Expect zero support
They run a points scam on creality cloud where they deduct 3% from your purchase so when you buy 100 points you only get 97 . So to buy something for 50 you have double the cost as 47 are not usable. Scam a little off everyone and people cant be bothered to charge back
