"So so bad"

So so bad. I mean the printers are probably fine if you can actually get your hands on one. Placed an order on the 6th of January, 12th of January and still not word of dispatch. I asked customer services and got told it hadnt been....then told me it had....then couldnt find it...now told it hasnt. Asked when it would be..."dont know". Requested them to cancel it, took 5 seperate attempts and a paypal claim as they were "forwarding to colleague to answer question". Its not a small amount of money people are investing in these products, for the customer service team not to respect that or show any urgency to help is infuriating. Im going with Anycubic, far more reliable, cant imagine how bad it would be to fix an issue with a faulty printer.

Ordered over 2 months ago, and it has still not arrived. The customer support has continued to do nothing to help in a meaningful way. I would have ordered from another company if I had a choice..

This company has no customer service, the printers they sell are very poor quality. I've had 2 Ender 3 V2 Neo's. The 1st was damaged and faulty on delivery (March), Creality totally ignored my emails and it cost me a fortune to return the printer. The 2nd Ender 3 V2 Neo developed faults within 10 day, once again I contact Creality multiple times over a few months and that was in June 2003, it's now the middle of December and I still haven't heard anything from them. The printer ended up getting dumped.
This must be the worst company in the world, ignore all the YouTubers saying they are good printers, these people are paid to say that or to get a new FREE printer every time one is released.

"Don't waste your money"

Terrible customer service! Do not buy from them. My 12-year-old son saved up his money for a very long time to purchase an Ender 3 3D printer from Creality 2 years ago. Once it arrived it worked perfectly for maybe a month. Then it began failing, and we started the process of contacting customer service and trading out parts, first, it was the motherboard, then the screen and then hotbed…… We have sent over 100 emails back and forth. They ask us to send a video, then another one, in hopes that they will do something about it. But THEY HAVEN'T and WON'T!

Ordered the Ender 3 v3 SE, arrived a couple days later, easy to set up and works wonders.

Bought a K1 printer (not cheap). Firstly came to the UK broken (glass everywhere, cut my hand getting it out) and so I sent it back an they sent out a new one.

The new one was working okay until I left it to print on its own to find the nozzle engulfed in the 3d printing material. I only bought this printer 2 months ago and now they have informed me I have to buy a new nozzle kit which is about £40. I just hope the issues dont keep coming

CRM4 printer; absolute overpriced rubbish. Worst customer service in the industry

Purchased in July. Arrived with faulty mainboard. Took months to get a replacement. Finally get it to work on production during last couple of days and is unable to print large jobs ie 4kg of filament because of a design fault which caused the Y axis to skip. Tech support...actually the company is a waste of time (I also bought a K1 max which is no better and will write another review)

This is why Chinese exports have such a bad name.

Bought a 3d printer have still got warranty and it has not worked for months it cost £368 and they have sent a new board and told us to follow different leads on you tube! Customer service is non existence, ive asked now for a refund or new machine but have been offered £50 to buy a new one! No chance. Stay clear

A long time ago, I used to visit computer fairs. These were places where you could buy unbranded P.C. components for a fraction of the price of their branded counterparts. They were so cheap, I wondered how their manufacturers were able to turn a profit. Then someone told me how they did it: These manufacturers never tested their products before they left the factory. This saved them a lot of money, more money than what you might think, so they were able to sell their products at very low prices.
I purchased a brand-new, 3D printer from Creality, but it was faulty out of the box. It clearly hadn't been tested properly before leaving their factory. If you read some of the other reviews here, I suspect that the same thing has happened to many of their customers. Creality, it would seem, are using the same strategy.
Don't get me wrong, this is a tactic which, on the whole, works. The chances are that if you buy a Creality 3D printer it will work just fine. However, there's a significant chance that it won't, and if this happens to you, this will only be the start of your troubles.
Creality have not honoured the terms of their warranty. I gave them a choice of replacing the printer or giving me a refund. That was nearly a month ago, and my printer is still sitting idle, and there's no sign of a replacement printer winging its way from their warehouse, and my bank balance is still nearly £200.00 lighter, and I have nothing to show for it.
