Worst customer service experience of my life. They make false promises and lie. In my case a return label is coming out in 2 days never arrived then we are sending a parcel force courier to collect it tmro here is the reference no and parcel force obviously does not turn up and has no record of the ref no. Then fast forward over the weekend and they promise they will post a replacement flagship printer out in the default 2 days and still nothing no tracking no response etc. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I have spent thousands with them over the years and seems when you have a problem they just lie. It's now getting into the 3rd week of loosing orders and hours out my day because this printer is down and boxed up in my hallway. Can't wait to see the back of it if I ever get a reply. Over £800 they took and the thing is a month old and now a paper weight. If you buy Thier goods buy from Amazon is my advice stear well clear of buying direct. Sort it out creality as if this hadn't have happened I was going to be buying many more from you guys for a print farm I'm building but now I'm going bamboo lab and you have lost a loyal customer of many years because of your staffs incompetence and maladministration.

Customer service is absolutely abysmal. I bought their brand new "flagship" K1 speedy printer and it didn't work from the word go. I have spent almost a month chasing them for a fix and have resorted to requesting a full refund. I am still waiting for any form of response from them and it has been days.
Great concept, but very poor execution with problem after problem. Also, they only have e a China based customer service so if you are anywhere outside their timezone, good luck!

I bought a used resin printer, Halot one pro (still under warranty).
After some prints, the LCD print surface broke, I contacted costumer support, and they shipped a new one, no questions asked -but they send an LCD touch screen (I haven’t been clear enough about what screen it was) l.
I let them know that I meant the other LCD, and they just send the right one, still no questions asked.

As they do not control the shipments for the EU100048957 order it is since April 24th that I have been waiting for the package and I have not received it yet, it seems to be in the third world, if the assistance works the same I regret having trusted Creality.

I’ve had an Ender 3 for 4 months, I’ve been back and growth with costumer support for weeks, wishing now they no longer even have a live chat. Ive replaced the motherboard and software. I have spent countless hours on this machine and it will not work.

"Broken 3D printer"
Purchased a brand new Ender 3 V2 from their site which took 2 weeks to arrive. All well and good, till I put it together and one of the axes didn't work.
So they made me plug and unplug this and that and they then tell me they have to send me a new cable. So I thought heck I'll find one in the meantime so I can print. To no avail as the printer still didn't work.
So again back and forth on chat and this time, it's the motherboard. So I am now 19 days in from when I placed my order and I now have to wait another 7-15 (more likely to be 15) days to receive a new motherboard.
Something that could have easily been avoided if they did a quick set up and checked everything worked before sending them out.
UPDATE 21/04/2023: A new motherboard was sent within a couple of days of posting this and it is now working.

Machine (3s1 Pro) breaks every 3-4 weeks. Impossible to have the bed level for longer than 2weeks. Even though my machine is still in warranty, almost every part on my machine had to be replaced and/or upgraded. Ridiculous considering the machine is new. I wonder what else is there that needs replacing. Total waste of time and sanity! My machine is unusable right now and I have no clue what could be wrong with it. Support is unreachable for 3 days now.

"Terrible Non-existent Customer Service!"
Terrible Non-existent Customer Service! Never got a reply after several detailed emails describing the problems. Had many problems after upgrading Ender 3 Pro with 4.2.7 motherboard and Sprite Extruder Pro Kit (has CRTouch). Firmware files are not labelled well and don't provide information about what it does or which file is the correct one. The "documentation" in the boxes is worthless. No information about the order to install firmware - motherboard or hotend first? One download site tried to send me to an unsafe site in China! Luckily my protection software stopped it. Now when I turn on my printer, the menu comes up in Chinese. Luckily I found a YouTube video on how to change to English - but I have to do it every time. Also the settings for my Z-Offset get lost every time. Included "instructions" are a joke. 100% absolutely worthless! No instructions on how to install, firmware, how to use new upgrades. DO NOT BUY FROM CREALITY! If you are going to buy a Creality machine buy from Amazon or a US company - that way you can get service!!
