"Creality Ender 3S1 after sales service"
Bought the printer beginning of March '23, only used for 7 months (holidays). Hot bed failed beginning of Feb '24. Sent details to Creality as requested, waste of time, Chinese New Year, 3 week delay, can't find the details you sent us, more delay, details sent again, no answer, finally answered 4 weels later, to say the machine is more than a year old. contacted them again, no answer.
Until the printer broke down I was full of praise about it. Now all I can say is "don't buy a Creality 3d printer". Only writing this to give me some satisfaction. It is obvious that, even if they read these reviews, they couldn't care less. I thought the Chinese were courteous !!

I have the Ender 3 v2 and its really good makes good prints. It’s also a very cost effective product.

"Creality is a scam company"
This company is a scam company, they are selling products that just don't work and don't provide any support. I purchased an Ender 3 Neo in January, I asked for support on the 1st February and they replied on the 26th March. I asked for a full refund as the product was not fit for purpose and I was told I was out of time, what a disgrace. Trading Standards should look at this company.

"Avoid the Creality S1 Pro 3D Printer…"
Avoid the Creality S1 Pro 3D Printer like the plague! Don't even think about wasting your hard-earned money on this disaster of a machine. From the moment I unpacked it, I was greeted with nothing but trouble – a faulty light strip and a motherboard that might as well have been made of glass. And don't get me started on their laughable excuse for customer support. Slow, robotic responses, solutions that were about as useful as a screen door on a submarine, and an attitude that screams "we don't give a damn about you or your problems." It's beyond infuriating. All I wanted was a simple refund, but dealing with Creality's incompetence has turned into a never-ending nightmare. Spare yourself the headache and invest your money elsewhere. Creality's S1 Pro and their so-called "support" are an insult to anyone with an ounce of sense and respect for their time and money.

"Une imprimante 3D résine CREALITY HALOT…"
Une imprimante 3D résine CREALITY HALOT ONE neuve m'a été offerte en décembre 2023, lors de sa mise en oeuvre j'ai constaté que celle-ci n'imprimait pas. Après plusieurs manipulations j'ai constaté que le faisceau lumineux, permettant de figer la résine, ne fonctionnait pas. Après avoir fait appel au SAV CREALTY par E-mail, comme demandé par mes divers interlocuteurs de cette société, aucune réponse ne m'a été fournie par ce service. Après réclamation auprès du vendeur la réponse fournie par le fournisseur tombe : " Nous ne fabriquons plus ce modèle donc nous n'assurons plus les dépannages ou les échanges !!!!! "
Est-ce normal de la part de CREALITY ????

"Just a big scam!"
I have had nothing but issues with their printers. When it comes time to warranty them they drag their feet and take MONTHS to get you a simple part you need. Both my printers were less then 3 months old before they started to break down and have major failures. They are okay with you not having a working printer for months. Awful company and even worse customer service and warranty process.

"Creality Support Does not Exist"
I have 8 Creality products in my home including 3D printers and their Falcon 2 laser product. I have finally had to reach out to try and get some support as I had a mishap on my laser. There is no reasonable support for Creality products out there from Creality. If you need a part, forget it. You're better off taking your chances and searching on Ebay or somewhere else for a the part then trying to get an actual part from Creality. I have a support ticket into Creality for days, no response. I've chatted with a "Support" representative, no help whatsoever. Probably not purchasing anymore Creality products.

"I Just Bought their latest model - Don't do it!"
Bought their latest model, the Creality K1 Max. Not working within 24 hours. A month later still not sorted. Now looking to get my money back through credit card as company will not help.
Just look at the reviews - Wish I did first!
