"Their $125 15Gb service is NO GOOD!!"
I spent $125 on their 15Gb service. The phone worked marginally but my hotpot would not work. Their web compatibility said that it would work on a different network that they offered. they charged $5 to switch. On the new network my phone didn't work and neither did the hotspot. They said we can change back to the other network for $9. I said forget it, I want a refund! They denied the refund so I am fighting them through the credit card company. They have terrible customer service and their networks just don't work. I do not recommend this company and you would be better off not wasting your money!! I been through their refund process twice with no satisfaction. As long as they have your money, they won't do anything except provide lip service.

My experience as an InfiMobile customer has been good & bad. They do offer cheap, pre-paid long term mobile plans but, overall, I would not recommend InfiMobile due to their poor business principles in my case. Despite over one month of correspondence about an invalid SIM kit shipping charge, and the clear evidence I presented to them multiple times, they ultimately did not refund the charges back to my original form of payment. Their agents only gave lip service with no substance throughout the extended conversation. They were dishonorable money-grabbers in my situation, and I would not support them in the future once my plan period runs out.

Just to change the your esim to a new device it takes over an hour and they charge you $5. This should be an easy straightforward process.

i ordered this sim card it took more than 10 days to get here when i tried to get refund they told me they would not refund. since it took so long to get here had to go another month with current carrer. took custmer service 3 days to get back with me

Sim did not work in iphone. Support could not figure it out. After three weeks of trying, I applied for refund and still haven't heard back.
