I am very disappointed with my experience. They hold my checks for 9 days without any explanation or notification, which has caused significant inconvenience. What’s even more frustrating is that I have been unable to speak with anyone to get clarity or assistance. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable.

I expected better service and transparency. This experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend this platform based on my current experience.

Bluevine is great for setting up and finding your initial loan. Their rates aren't too bad and they have great customer service. The reason for the three star review is that they without warning, remove the line of credit, even with perfect payment history. I get they need to manage risk but they removed my LOC, and then when I got another LOC accused me of "stacking" with another loan company. A LOC is valuable to a business to be able to use when they need it, not have it rug pulled when they need it most lol.

Best business banking experience I've had! I was incredibly surprised by how excellent the business banking experience has been with Bluevine. I have tried other FinTech business banking companies like Found and had a bad experience. Bluevine is very customer oriented and the tools they have are incredible. What really matters to me is what happens when you make a deposit, or when something like fraud happens on your account. Compared to other companies Bluevine approves most deposits in 24 hours, and when I had a fraudulent transaction happen, they processed my dispute in 48 hours and returned the funds. In addition, the capabilities you have with turning off ACH transactions and issuing virtual cards etc is better than any other bank I've used. You can also have multiple company accounts you manage from one login which is very helpful.

She made me aware of some really good features you provide, and her attitude was positive, which is expected, but she actually seemed genuine. She shared a lot, but none of it felt rushed.
