I like Beryl. It's not cheap but it brilliant, convenient and easy to use. Customer service is fab and so quick! Evan and the others I have spoken to have been so helpful and understanding.

Handy and pretty good value bike hire service. Whenever I have had to contact customer service they have been friendly, polite and quick to help, including on the recent occasion I contacted them.
The service has good options to report faulty bikes but if I could request one thing it would be that bikes are moved around more. I know it's the luck of the draw, but I really do have hit and miss luck finding bikes in the bays I use. Sadly, they do have to deal with people not respecting the bikes, I guess.

Usually good service. Use to and from work.
However today it was soaking wet went home forgot to notify that bike won't lock and that bike needs servicing. But a guy called Scott answered me very cocky arrogant who uses copy and paste to answer your query answerd me and simply said he is the Opertional manager when I asked for hire management he isn't interested in understanding customer query simple copy and paste the template that is pre pared for him. Have been using this company for 6 motns daily bases. Scott self proclaimed operational manager whom works on Sunday evening give me a break. Stay away far from this company there are other services for transportation
