Good customer service ahead of arrival day and when collecting the vehicle.
Standard of the vehicle, Trafic3, was very good, and performed well on the 1500km we drove in Iceland.
Very comfortable to sleep in, even on the cold winter evenings, with the fitted diesel heater.
Price was very competitive.
Would definitely hire from this company again.

Wczoraj miałem kolizję drogową. Auto zastępcze z niby profesjonalnej firmy
Pierwszy telefon o 20 że potrzebna jest laweta (Wrocław nie jakaś miejscowość 50 km od głównej drogi )
Odpowiedz przyjęte. O 20:50 dzwonię pytam gdzie ta laweta, gdyż stoję na obwodnicy w polu , temperatura zerowa,w aucie padł akumulator
Po 20 min przepychania Pani mówi musimy się rozłączyć bo pewnie kierowca będzie dzwonił już.
Po kolejnych pół godz oczekiwania, dzwonię pytam gdzie on jest. Oczywiście brak jakichkolwiek odpowiedzi. Auta nie mogę zostawić, gdyż szyba otwarta bagażnik również. Itp itd. Po 3 godz przyjeżdża laweta i uwaga mówi że dostał zlecenie o 22:05 dopiero
Więc 3 godziny stania w szczerym polu, tak ta świetna firma traktuje klientów. Innej lawety nie zamówisz bo nie pozwalają. Itp itd.

"Everything was okey"

picking up the car after midnight was not a problem, everything was sorted out quickly (with full insurance), although the car was quite worn, but that is understandable considering how often it is used. The heating worked great at night, it was needed even in October, even though the temperatures were not below zero. Equipment is also great. Returning the car at 4 in the morning without a problem. I recommend.

"Great, no fuss car rental company"

Pick up, drop off went great. Especially the guy from Prague was a nice chap. The Renault Trafic was fine. Everything we needed was there and worked. Interior is basic. But hey, it is probably the cheapest car Rental on the Island. So no complaints.

Instructions given during handover were a bit short. Took a while to figure out the heating system. Finally found a reference card in the dashboard compartiment.

We had some trouble with the power plug at first. But the servicedesk helped us out nicely. Rear mirror came loose during the trip, But they didn't mind. Final car inspections on drop of went smooth.

Overall we are very satisfied with this company and will definitely book again with them.

We rented a van with Rent for 8 days and it’s was perfect.
All we need and we ask for was there in the van. And it was all clean.

Next trip in Iceland will be with Rent.is again !
