"Very happy with camper van and service"

We hired a camper for a week and drove pretty much around the whole of the route 1, so a long distance. Very happy with the van. I was surprised at how well I slept. Heater and wi-fi were great too. Also happy with the service: contact before the trip was good, staff were helpful. Pickup and dropoff at airport were super easy.

We booked the camper relatively late with no issues and the camper was super to drive and contained all the essentials listed in the offer. We enjoyed having the heater on throughout the night to keep us warm. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Iceland.

Ho noleggiato da Rent.is una splendida Jeep Renegade ibrida con Motorhome sul tetto. L'auto è provvista di tutto per dormire e campeggiare. Fornello, padelle e pentole, piatti e posate, tagliere e coltelli. Per dormire viene fornito un lenzuolo, due sacchi a pelo e due cuscini. Il personale è sempre stato cordiale, gentile e disponibile. E' stata un esperienza sicuramente da ripetere

You can trust the company and they were responsive during the overall booking time. The car came with all the amenities, really warm sleeping bags, a comfortable sleeping area, and cooking gadgets.

However, the car was not the newest one, the car wipers and the camping table that was provided were broken. The guy that took the dropped-off car was rude and we had to wait for a long time to be dropped off at their office and back as it is not in the Airport area.

"Great Rental experience"

Great Rental experience. The rental procedure was very fast. We got a Renaul Trafic 3, perfect for 3 people. There was plenty of space, a refrigerator, the built-in heating system and an additional electric heater that we used during the night with the camper plugged to an external power source. Do not worry about getting cold; we kept the electric heater at minimum. We were carrying 1 very large suitcase, 1 large and 1 small and we had no problem when travelling. During the night we decided to place two pieces of luggage in the cockpit and we used the third one as a nightstand. We travelled 2500 km and called this camper our home for 12 days. It's been a wonderful experience and we will rent again with them next time; no doubts about it.

Had an amazing experience with this rent.is! They make getting to and from the airport a seamless process and their staff were great. They show you all the features of the vehicle, provide 24/7 support, and the return was easy. I rented the jeep renegade with a rooftop camper and it was in great condition. They also provide a key fob for a discount at one of the gas stations. I’d definitely rent with this company again the next time I visit!!

I had a smooth booking experience through their website, with no need for advance payment, though that option is available. The interface is convenient for modifying your booking or adding extras. I usually use CDW excess coverage from my own provider, so at the rental counter, I often have to repeatedly decline the agency's packages. However, with Rent.is, a simple 'no' was enough, which I greatly appreciated.

I rented a Jeep Renegade with a rooftop tent. The sleeping bags were clean, as was the tent itself. The pillows were a bit flat, so if you prefer a thicker one, you might want to bring your own. The rental included all the necessary cooking accessories.

When picking up the car, be sure to take pictures of any damages and double-check that you have all the extras you purchased. The drop-off process was very smooth, and they promptly took us to the airport afterward.

Easy transaction from start to finish. Booked online and was sent a confirmation right away. They even followed up a couple of weeks prior to arrival to confirm dates and times. A shuttle was waiting at the airport and took us straight to the rental. A quick, seamless check in, a brief but thorough overview of how it all worked and sent us on our way. Unfortunately, our cooler didn’t work properly. We sent an email right away to inform them. We got a small credit back when we returned.
I recommend bringing your win pillow and a thin blanket if you can. The pillows provided are very poor and only a sleeping bag is given. It was nice to have a thin flannel sheet and my own pillow!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or book with them again myself! It was a great van to camp around the Ring Road in Iceland!

Mauvais accueil de l équipe dans leur bureau, il faut aller très vite, ils sont pressé de passer au suivant, des explications très succinctes .
Vehicule correct , un peu dégradé mais fonctionnel , au moins on a pas trop peur de le rayer.
Le retour est plus cool , pas trop regardant .....
