Es sencillo alquilar , y que te engañen también. Abusan de cláusulas no informadas: si los aparcamientos de pago reclaman , te cobran derechos de pago por cada una de las denuncias y además no gestionan tus reclamaciones por las causas del impago ... Una verdadera estafa

You can trust the company, they were responsive during the overall booking time. The car came with all the amenities.

However, the car was not the newest one, has some awful scratches in the paint, comes without the car logo, was a little dirty inside, the cooking amenities storage box was broken, also the fridge doesn't work. the guy who delivered the vehicle did not explain anything about the operation of the camper.

Support is avalible 24/7 and great service.

Very good experience. Employees were kind and effective. Van was good. With small problems but everything working fine. It's a strong van.
No credit card needed and good insurance policy.
I researched a lot before, and i made good decision.

Zostałem obciążony karą 250 zł za odkurzanie dywaników w samochodzie, po miesiącu użytkowania. Extra opłata za oddanie auta w dzień wolny od pracy (15.07.24).Nie polecam.

Firma Rentis SA Bydgoszcz dostarczyła mi auto (Audi A4) w maju 2024 roku w stanie niesprawnym (układ hamulcowy) z niepełnym bakiem (brak ok. 15% pojemności) odmawiając mi zwrotu auta z takim samym wypełnieniem baku. Dofinansowałem firmę na ok. 10 litrów paliwa. Firma niegodna więc zaufania. Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Mimo przesłanego dowodu fotograficznego reklamacji nie uwzględniono.

We rented a 4x4 Dacia Duster with roof tent. We were picked up promptly at the airport, the shuttle car was parked nearby. When returning everything went very smoothly. Then we were dropped off at the entrance of the airport. When we arrived we received a clear explanation, we had some problems with our bank card, but the employee gave us the time to solve this problem. There was good cooperation to check the car before departure. During our trip we had a problem with our rooftent, we were quickly helped by the company itself, so we lost as little time as possible and we were able to continue our journey. We were also contacted by rent.is itself to be carefull when predicting bad weather (storm). There was very quick communication. We definitely recommend this company.

My experience from start to finish was exceptional , booking was easy and communication was great from start to finish , the VW camper van was exactly as pictured it was clean and comfortable , well equiped. The customer service was excellent .. Will definately rent again when we return to Iceland .. Thank You Brian Gross

Von der Buchung bis zur Abgabe war alles super. Abholung am Flughafen völlig problemlos. Der Fahrer hat auch gleich noch Tipps für das Land parat. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
