Another nice stay. Location is ideal. House is huge with very high ceilings and has small improvements each time we visit.
The kids love the cinema room which has wonderful new gold curtains to keep it dark and warm. Looking forward to our next stay.

Absolutely beautiful views, Our second visit and we are never disappointed, Lovely little family get away with the best views and close to scarborough castle and the beach, My son loves visiting and staying here he doesn't want to leave and wished it was his home! Everything you need is in the house pretty much what you'd have at home, I would definitely recommend to freinds and family and I'm definitely booking again in the future.

"Stayed for 2 night"

Stayed for 2 night, absolutely beautiful! The beds and pillows were a dream. Had a travel cot and night chair also. Sofas were very comfortable. There is a car park across the road for a small fee. I will 100% be staying again, I didn’t want to leave! Less than 5 mins to walk to the arcades etc on the front. Pictures don’t do it justice

"The apartment was brilliant"

The apartment was brilliant and well equipped. It was clean and comfotable. the only issue that we had was the window. There was a bad draft due to it having a fault. In summer I would imagine that it would not be as noticable but we stayi in March and it was very drafty.

"Terrible customer service"

We stayed at The Old School House in Pickering, which is a nice property in a good location.
However, our stay was overshadowed by the terrible customer service provided by Host and Stay. The payment taken from our credit card was more than the total shown on the booking form, and, when queried, they simply sent a ‘revised’ invoice which conveniently added up to the higher amount. Despite, providing Host and Stay with a screenshot of the booking form showing the correct amount, and chasing this up repeatedly, it seems clear that they have no intention of offering an explanation or refunding the monies taken.
We also had to chase for check-in instructions and were then sent details referring to a completely different property, which required more time trying to speak to someone (not an easy task) and then waiting for ’a manager to check’ and get back to us.
The property itself was fairly clean, although there was an accumulation of dust/dog hair/crumbs under the furniture (and in the cutlery drawer!) We reported that the TV and gas fire weren’t working within hours of arriving but were only contacted on the afternoon of our last day to ask if we wanted someone to come and look at the issues, which was clearly too late. We regularly book self-catering properties and have never encountered such poor customer service. We certainly won’t book through Host and Stay again, nor would we employ them to manage rental properties for us.

"20 Falkner Street, Liverpool"

This apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped, comfortable and located in a perfect place. Situated on a very quiet residential street and within a few minutes walking distance to a multitude of bars, cafes, restaurants and Liverpool attractions.
Host and Stay were professional and helpful from the moment of booking right through to ‘check out’. This was our first time to use Host and Stay and definitely not the last, our experience demonstrated they are readily available to answer any questions promptly, either by email, text or by phone.

"Family getaway! "

We stayed here for a family get together! The pictures didn’t do it justice of how beautiful the place really is!

It’s very well equipped; and the games went down well with the kids and adults!

Would definitely stay again!

"Great location - Whitby"

Beautiful home, right on top of Whitby town, but extremely quiet. Everything about the home was perfect, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely like to return.

The persistent emails and texts from Host & Stay became rather irritating: you are due to check in, we hope youre settling in, youre due to check out, now you've checked out, pls write a review.
Lots of emails for a 3-night stay. But the information provided on the property was useful and helpful, tho nothing the information pack at property didn't answer for us.
