"The location and view were wonderful"

The location and view were wonderful! Plenty of room for 5 adults for 2 days. Some issues with figuring out the heating, but we managed to get most of the rooms with heat. On the negative side, the beds were quite uncomfortable. We were disappointed in the kitchen as there were no towels, paper towels or oven mitts. There were trash bags and dishwasher tablets. We were expecting a better stocked kitchen with matching plates, decent frying pans and sufficiently equipped to cook. The place was just okay on cleanliness. Definitely lacking on the details (dust on blinds and baseboards and organization of kitchen). Overall, we felt like it was way too pricey for the experience.

It was as described. Clean spacious and close to town centre. I also had excellent communication with Host and Stay.
I will definitely book again.

Stayed two nights. Family of 4 visiting relations in wetherby. Centrally located for shops and close to Morrison's for provisions. Comfortable beds, good virgin tv and easy to clean. Birds didn't eat bread we put out the back yard. So good place to stay.

The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and very well presented.
It is one of the best we have stayed in in whitby. We will definitely be back.

"Booked two night stay in York Terrace"

Booked two night stay in York Terrace, Unthank Road Norwich. When you book which we did through Booking.com you don’t know which apartment you get until booked. Unfortunately we got apartment 3 and the most awful place to stay. Contacted Agent when we checked in and they asked for photos but wouldn’t move us or do anything else. We checked out and paid for somewhere else. Stained bedding. Blood and sweat and loads mould. I’ve tried to add photo but it won’t let me.

It’s 2 weeks since I returned home and I’m still waiting for the return of my security deposit.
Apparently it takes 10-15 days to process. No idea why, but please be wary about booking and going this if you expect to get your money back in a timely manner.

Flat was clean upon arrival and spacious, with a nice patio. Good communication with the host. Excellent location for exploring York, an easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and the historical sites. Would definitely stay here again.

"Lovely weekend in Kemptown"

We had a great stay in Brighton. It's in a great quiet little spot of Kempton but close enough for a decent walk or cheap cab to centre. Would definitely stay again, lovely and clean

Bright and specious flat in a great location. Garage was a bonus as we travelled by car. Clean and well equipped with all the basic and necessary items.
