Lovely cottage, well furnished and decorated, perfect couples retreat.
Quiet location with walks from the village and a well stocked shop nearby.
Great as a place to drive to other locations from or to park the car and leave it parked for the dutration of your stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in apartment Fable.
The apartment is spotless and has everything you need.
We took our dog with us and he enjoyed his stay too.
It is close to the town so only a short walk to get there.
There is also a park straight across the road from the apartment if you have children. However dogs are not allowed in there.
Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely relaxing weekend away in Runswick Bay. The cabin was wonderful, decorated to a high standard warm and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches like night light for the children, extra towels and blankets, decent hairdryer, places for keys and lots of surfaces, great tech instructions, easy to use appliances (huge fridge, large toaster and 5 ring gas hob for example) all necessary utensils, extra washing up liquid, eco shower gel and shampoo and hand soaps for all sinks. Host and stay were responsive immediately by email when we contacted them to let them know we were checking out on as planned on a Sunday. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to staying with them again.

"Lovely apartment in Foley House, Gt Malvern."
We stayed in Flat 2 of Foley House in Great Malvern. Access was via a key safe and the access code was provided in good time. The accomodation was very clean and had everything we needed for a short break. The bedroom was particularly good with quality bed and bedding and a stunning view. I have used Host and Stay several times and am very happy with the service.

Easy customer service with fast replies! The property was beautiful, with great views and a clean feeling atmosphere! I had problems understanding the heating at the property, but the live chat quickly supported me with sufficient guidance to fix it myself.
Would definitely stay at the property again and would love to use Host & Stay for future trips.

All mod cons and the bed was really comfortable.
Very central and some lovely pubs and restaurants close by, we recommend The Vault the food was lovely 😊

"Poor Property Management and Owing"
We engaged Host&Stay to manage our property in Shirebrook, entrusting them with bookings from Airbnb and Booking.com. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. As of March 2025, they have not remitted the income owed from November 2024 to the present.
While the company acknowledged the issue in January 2025, there has been no subsequent action to resolve the matter. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, the payments remain unpaid, and we have not received any communication from the sales manager, Ashley Murray, who initially onboarded us. Additionally, Yazmin Bryant, the Customer Success Representative who promised to address the issue in January, has since ceased all correspondence.
Given this experience, I strongly advise against working with Host&Stay if you wish to avoid significant financial loss, poor communication, and neglect of your property.
