Hat alles gut geklappt, Gerät (co2) gefällt, funktioniert bislang wie erhofft, und alle Lieferungen waren innerhalb einer runden Woche vor Ort.
Die Übergabe an die Spedition hat zwar paar Tage gedauert, vermute aber, der Lasercutter musste erst noch Eingeflogen werden.

Die Spedition selbst hat ab Übergabe nur zwei Nächte gebraucht und der Fahrer hat freundlicherweise, obwohl er gar nicht müsste, den rund 50Kg Brocken noch mit mir eine Treppe hochgebuckelt. Vielen Dank.

We ordered a lasermachine in January 2025. We received the Software for it an the Axis, but no machine. We were writing a lot of mails and I got always told, just a few more days and so on...
And now, 2 Months later no corresponding from the company, no laser and no money back!
that is not professional!!

Now I have to try and get my money back.

This is by far the most durable engraver I've used. It's built like a pro machine and will stand the test of time.

I've used other machines before, but the Mega laser engraver is by far the best for value and performance. Setting it up took a little while to figure out, but it's been smooth sailing since!

"40 watt laser never worked"

40 watt laser recieved in Oct. of 2023. Did not work out of the box--laser head did not move with Lightburn commands. Monport notified but could not identify the problem. After over 100 emails, videos sent to them, and giving them access to my PC for diagnostic tests, it is still nonfuctional. They truely do not have a costomer server base in the US>

"No delivery communication"

The only reason I'm giving this a 3 star is because I ordered the product 8 days ago which if you speak to monport they say 6-10 days for delivery compared to the 3-5 the website says. I was happy with that, the only issue I have is got a notification today to say that it was awaiting shipment. Happy days I'm away, 200miles away so it's no issue 2 hours later the delivery guy is at my house with the laser. It's just crazy there is no communication to the customer on when it will be delivered had to make a 8 hour round trip to secure it as it was left in my garden and £3000 product just being left outside property is crazy. Update.... After using the laser for a few weeks it's a great piece of kit just needs an adaptor for the small vents fitted to most properties

"Liefert nicht"

am 10.12.2024 eine Linse (300x300mm) bestellt, bis heute 14.01.2025 ist weder Geld noch Ware da. Verkäufer vertröstet nur noch, bringt nichts dort zu bestellen.

Paypal ist eingeschaltet (auch dort kamen nur Standardantworten) und ich hoffe mein Geld hier endlich zurückzubekommen.
