It is very hard to get hold of someone and get the assistance needed. Machine magnetic limit sensor broke 3 months ago and it is still broken. The issue has been going back to an engineer and still waiting to hear from engineering. Latest answer is that Monport will provide a new limit switch and a video on how to replace it. Still waiting on both the video and the new limit sensor.
UPDATE
Received the video and limit switch, was able to make the machine functional again. Video helped but was not 100% clear and for some unknown reason it would not open in full screen.
If I had the opportunity to do this all over again, I would choose a seller that has an actual office with actual Tech Support in a location that has regular hours and staff that answers the phone.

Ich habe am 01.10.2024 einen Mopa 30w GPro bei Monport bestellt inkl. Rotary.
Der Laser war nach 8 Tagen da, war super eingepackt, alles soweit zufrieden stellend.
Die Rotary ist immer noch nicht angekommen, laut Sendungsnummer bin ich an der angegebenen Lieferadresse in Moers nicht mehr auffindbar. Dann ist dieses Paket auf einmal in Bremen zugestellt worden. Seit dem immer wieder leere Versprechungen, man kümmert sich um das Problem. Heute am 28.10 kam eine mail, mit der gleichen Sendungsnummer bei mir an, das angeblich noch in Zustellung ist.
Werde mich an PayPal wenden müssen, mal schauen was Sie dazu sagen.
Ich habe bei Omtech bestellt und bei xtool bestellt, keine Probleme gehabt.
Monport bekommt es nicht auf die Reihe.
Sorry Monport gelöst wurde noch garnichts, ich warte immer noch.
