Had my Monarch Water Softener serviced today by Dave W.
His expertise and product knowledge was 2nd to none.
He found several minor faults with the machine and managed to fix them all. Dave also gave me lots of tips on how to best run the water softener appliance.
He also knew a new local place where to buy sold from.
All in all, a five star experience.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone with a monarch water softener

Today was the first visit we’d had in the 5 years since having a Monarch softener. If I have to have another visit at any point (and I hope I don’t) Dave was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. "Softener replacement "
Dave W came to repair our water softener. Unfortunately, the resin was blown so he offered the option of replacing either the resin or the whole softener. As the old softener was more than 10 years old, we opted for a new unit. He actioned the replacement quickly and efficiently. Whilst here he noticed a small leak on our water filter which he quickly repaired.
