A total joke. I have a claim with them as one of their customers hit my vehicle... well, no contact, no interest in solving this out. I'm on my 20 days now ( and counting) and we are at same stage...still looking to have my vehicle fixed ( fast).
I have to get all this stress because of them. All I asked is to have my vehicle fixed fast. No claim from my side on injury even I got headacheand back pain after adrenaline gone, just the vehicle. Yet there is no interest to sort it out.
The good thing is that they answer fast but then redirecting is a nightmare and even if you get trough, there's no interest in solving the problem. "We will contact you..." 20 day and counting...no contact. 🤔

Everything worked out well for the repair. The only issue was despite promising a courtesy car at the start of the process it was never again offered or organised. I tried to ask via the Web site which advises a response in 2 hours twice but never received anything back. This meant for the better part of 2 weeks I was without wheels.

My daughters vehicle was hit whilst parked on the street by a BT Open Reach driver who admitted liability by leaving a note and driving off. The drivers report has changed since the pictures of the damaged car have been received (why), I've asked for dash cam footage, but surprisingly they don't have any!!!
Sopp=Sopp are making the whole process painful and it is still not resolved.
Sopp+Sopp are difficult to get hold of and if I didn't actually ring them I believe we would not even be progressing the case.
Europcar was used for car hire which was delivered in the rain and I was told to take a short video to record any scratches/damage, how, it's covered in water.
The accident repair centre has not collected the damage vehicle yet!!!! This will probably be me having to ring them again to sort this out as well. The repair company is well over an hours drive away so not sure why they aren't using a local company, but given other reviews on trip advisor about the standard of repair jobs it does make me wonder.
The service provided is well below par.
If you are unfortunate enough to be hit by a Open Reach van please use your own insurance company to save many hours of chasing.
No accountability, no structure, no idea.

The service from the garage was excellent with repairs completed quickly and efficiently. The fact that I ended up dealing with 4 companies, yourselves, the garage, VRG and Europcar was not good, Europcar service was terrible,car turned up the day before it was due with lots of damage not recorded,I informed VRG for the car to be collected and was told it would be Saturday before 12 of Monday morning,no show on Saturday with no communication, no show on Monday morning again no communication, after several calls to Europcar both the depot, who didn't answer the phone and customer service who were very unhelpful it was finally picked up late afternoon on the Monday wasting a day and a half of me sitting waiting and holding on the phone, no apology, worst service I have ever had. Also me being expected to cover any excess on the hire car is wrong, Sainsbury's should make sure the car is 100% insured, with no liability to the customer.
